Very poor customer service for a simple defect
I purchased the Rojo Redlight Pneumatic Stand as part of a ~€2,500 order. Unfortunately, the locking pin on the stand is defective and does not click into place, so the height cannot be secured.
Despite the issue being related to a ~€5 replacement part, the process has now taken more than 10 days without resolution. I was asked for extensive explanations and proof (photos, troubleshooting steps, etc.) for a very obvious mechanical defect, instead of receiving quick and pragmatic support.
I clearly described the problem, tried all suggested fixes, and even offered to send photos or a video — yet there is still no replacement and no effective customer service response.
For a premium-priced product, I would expect fast, solution-oriented support, especially for such a minor component. At this point, the experience feels disproportionate, bureaucratic, and disappointing.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Rojo due to the lack of customer service quality.
