The dark chocolate mint creams were a gift for a friend who usually has Benedict’s. He enjoyed the chocolates. However, I was offered one to try and although the chocolate was a better quality, with a... See more

Reduced Rococo chocolates are not worth buying
I received my rococo chocolates from the summer sale last Saturday the 20th of July 2024. They were reduced as Rococo said they had a short date life and needed to be eaten soon. I spent £60 and pence on the chocolates and I was very disappointed to find they were not up to Rococo usual high standards. this was not down to personal taste as Rococo customer service have claimed, I have bought and eaten many Rococo chocolates over the years and this is the first time I have complained about the chocolates. I feel they were not packed well for delivery to my home, the bags of chocolates had no packing to support them in the delivery box and the salted caramel seagull eggs were all cracked. they also did not taste nice and the chocolate cherries were off. My advice to everyone is not to buy reduced chocolates in the summer from Rococo as I feel the hot weather last Friday and Saturday may have contributed to the taste of the chocolates on their journey to me. I am very unhappy with the response from the Rococo Customer Service, they will only refund me for the chocolate I did not receive and I do not accept this very unjust offer. They are not concerned with the issues I have raised with them. After this upsetting experience I will not be buying any more chocolates from Rococo. I DID NOT BUY ANY CHOCOLATE BATONS EVER FROM ROCOCO CHOCOLATES. This matter still remains unresolved and changing the wording to your reply to my review on Trustpilot when I have pointed out your mistake with the orange batons does not resolve the issues I have had with your chocolates. This is evidence that you have not paid much attention to any of my emails to Rococo customer service. I did not refuse any chocolate dipped orange slices as I loved them and this also implies you did not pay much attention to my emails. Please refund me for the chocolates that were not fit to eat.

Computer says NO
Tried multiple times to enter a delivery address other than my own but software kept mixing the 2 addresses at random. Alerted Rococo to this when I saw a corrupted postal address for Royal Mail. I was advised to use the RM confirmation to enter the correct delivery address. This isn't actually an option offered so I have a parcel delivered to a set of steps somewhere.

I sent this as a gift and it was appreciated as they are delicious chocolates! It would be helpful if you had a box to tick to show it’s a gift so they don’t get the invoice

Excellent, exceptionally delicious chocolates.
I can't comment much about individual items because I bought it as a present, but if chocolates taste as good as a Rococo box looks, then I am very happy.
Looking forward to your other offers. Thank you.
Missing Order
I'm still waiting for half the order or to even be told when it might even be dispatched. This is even after e-mailing cutomer services who said they would look into it for me, but then I hear nothing more. There really is no point in spending the extra money on next day delivery when over a week later I still haven't even been told if it's been dispatched or what the problem might be. Not very good service all round!
Ease of ordering and very quick delivery
Artisan chocolates
Artisan chocolates. Just THE best chocolates for quality and luxury Very quick delivery. Go to, for special occasion chocolate boxes, and smaller treats, too!
Beware shelf-life can be very poor on premium-priced items
The shelf-life of two of the premium-priced items just delivered, is very poor (3 months) considering good, dark chocolate usually lasts a very long time. We cannot gift such short-dated stock as we would be embarrassed for the recipient to think we bought these as reduced items - which is what most people would think. Rococo Customer Service disagrees and implied I should be grateful as they only commit to shipping full-price stock with a minimum best-before date of one month shelf-life! So you don't get caught-out like us, please be sure to read their FAQs : HOW LONG DO YOUR CHOCOLATES KEEP?

I liked the quality of the chocolate
I liked the quality of the chocolate, but the little bars were so much smaller that the photo implied and were therefore really expensive.
The mint dark chocolate bar was lovely and highly recommendable.

Bought some rose and violet creams and unfortunately they tasted so sugary and watery - not as good as they used to be! Really disappointed ☹️ They were wonderful a few years back, what on earth happened? Customer service was fine.

Excellent chocolates!
My favorite chocolate
The most delicious and beautiful chocolates (and packaging) and their quality of service matches the quality of the product. Have been a loyal customer for almost 30 years.

Nearly a £100 in chocolate purchased for a birthday. Chocolates didn’t arrive, birthday missed. I did get a charge for unpaid postage though so thanks for that hence the chocolates never came! Complaint is in your inbox. Been a customer for so many years but let down massively. Fortunately ‘Artisan du Choclat’ saved the day!
Great experience
Amazing quality of chocolates.
Customer service was excellent. Thank you Maya.
