I bought a 'Prism' but it doesn't work despite I've remved the battery isolator, and changed batteries more than three times. I've also made sure to insert the batteries in the right direction. But there's no reaction from the equipment.

I’ve bought toys from this brand over and over again because after a while they just stop working / turning on. If rocks off actually contacted customers and got back to them it would be best as there is a time limit warranty for products so why not get back to customers in a reasonable time?

I’ve seen reviews from others that they have had the same issue and for the price of these toys - not fair .

I have been using this company for years, excellent service and quality products!

I bought their iconic bullet vibrator from a reseller. The size is great and they look very cute. It worked well for a few months then it was on and off, there is a connection problem which means you have to screw the top very tight to make it work and even by doing that it didn’t always work. It stopped working after 18 months. I used it less than once a month so I can’t say I overused it. I know it’s quite cheap but I don’t expect the things I buy and don’t use that often to break down after such a short time of use. I contacted them and they pointed to their warrantee terms which are of one year. Again, it’s not because the warrantee is over that things should break.
I suggest to pay more money for better quality.
