Great idea, wish I thought of it. Wish they would branch out more so that they can be enjoyed more often though by my partner instead of having to travel.

Something I would use if I wanted to find a new stylist (I used it when it first sort of started) and the concept of booking online is really convenient, BUT I would not use them to book with my regular stylist as I have been told they take money off them and it can sometimes make the bookings non profitable for the stylist unless they're actually gaining a client out of it.

Used for the first time and very easy to use to book my appointment. Received confirmation of my appointment promptly. Extremely satisfied. Highly recommended. Thanks

Had my haircut done by couple of different stylist and always received great advice , and amazing hair . My partner started using renegade too ...can only recommend to try out .

I have used RPS a number of times so am fairly used to the layout, I tend to opt for off peak timings and struggled to find my chosen hairdresser at the time I'd have liked despite being available when I later checked. Another change I would recommend is maybe categorising by different salons and then providing options for hairdressers as it would make the booking process for us quicker. Love the app though & reminders are great too :) will be defo using it again and again

Good experience overall once I knew what I was doing. Good that an e mail reminded me of the hair appointment. Booking was confirmed quickly too and all went well.

I use rock pamper scissors every time I book a hair appointment. I have been impressed with their quality of service so far! They respond promptly to confirm bookings and send reminders which is useful. Only thing which could be improved is communication with the hairdressers to have the availability of slots updated more regularly. Sometimes I will choose a slot that appears to be free on the website, then I'm informed that is has been taken. But again, they always respond quickly to try find another slot so this isn't a huge issue.

Clear concise website, not as many deals in the area around me (Urmston, Greater Manchester) that I would like but still shows a good range of places. Not enough deals on things other than haircuts e.g perms.

first class-straightforward

In a busy day, I don't always get time to call a hairdressers to make an appointment during their opening hours, so rock pamper scissors make it so much easier. The online booking system is faultless and they've thought of everything, including listing the prices up front so there's no surprises on the day. I would recommend the service to anyone.

This booking tool was great, very easy to use and even gave you a price at the end. Received an immediate text message back confirming my booking. Wish all booking systems were this easy and informative.

I used your website to book an appointment. However even though your website said their were lots of appointments available that day I was informed the following day that not only was there no appointments that day but there wasn't any for that week. I then tried an alternative salon, made the appointment, but it wasn't until 2 days later that I was informed again there was no appointments that day and limited appointments the following week. I love the idea of this service but the availability online does not seem to tally with the actual appointments available in the salons. A better system of communication between the website and salon is needed to avoid disappointment.

Rock pamper scissors is a great service and unique. I found it extremely easy to use and was a great tool in helping me choose from the many salons in my city. Would recommend to anyone looking to book in as a new client at a salon.
