Very bad. I placed my order on 19/03/2020. I still haven’t received my order till 21/05/2020.

It has been 6 weeks since I ordered some items online. Only one of three items have arrived (after 5 weeks). I have left two emails through their contact form, emailed them directly once & tried to phone them twice. I cannot get any service from anyone.

After calling Rockmans numerous times and waiting on hold for over 30 mins each time and three emails to their customer support, I have come to the conclusion that I won’t be getting the hand sanitizer ordered specifically for Covid 19. The money however was deducted very quickly from my credit card 4 weeks ago. If they don't have the item in stock when ordered they should let the customer know and not take money from the customer.

Very disappointed I won’t shop online again through them.
The worst part is after contacting I can not return the items that are bad because they are clearance items just because they are clearance doesn’t mean they should look second hand.

Hello, I purchased 2 different items on the 19/03/20 with a advertised at the time delivery of 31/03/20 shipped date ( no mention of from overseas when originally advertised " Just Landed") so we expected goods in be received 3-5 days later. **Until the receipt email came ** starting with the lies** To date after chase up calls to ask if our masks were being seized by Australian Border Force as so many were counterfeit and non compliant masks ( Cannot filter COVID-19) and NO RECORD of purchase on our Rockmans account. We still dont know when we will get our goods. I can go buy them in Australia now. Just received an email almost a month later talking about delayed delivery of weeks of one item, No mention or idea about the second set of items? They wont refund as requested weeks ago. They are putting lives at risk as we dont have the money to get them for our at risk parents without a refund! I want my money back from this dishonest company. They could not guarantee the goods were compliant with Australian law. Philippines call centre staff only know the pre-written lines. They care not one bit about our issues.

Worst experience ever!!! Pathetic customer service. False timelines for deliveries, no response to any email (including follow ups) long call waiting times (you’re lucky if your call is answered in 45-50 mins), call centre staff are clueless and have no solutions for customers except REFUND if the timelines have exceeded. Would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to buy from ROCKMANS!! Completely unprofessional!!!
How Un-Australian
Receive far too many emails touting their business when I've not even signed up for this (2 a day sometimes). I received an email today offering 500ml hand sanitizers for almost $30 each! (or $59 for 2). In these days of lock-downs due to the pandemic, mass unemployment, impossible to buy protective virus gear from chemists and supermarkets, bulk panic buyers I am very disappointed in Rockmans un-Australian approach. I consider $59 far too expensive for us recently unemployed Aussies. Stick to clothing Rockmans if you must, but don't bleed the average Aussie dry because they're frightened and unable to purchase protective supplies elsewhere. Needless to say I've unsubscribed to their emails.

I placed an online order on 9th October and received confirmation. When I hadn't received it by 1st November sent email to customer care. No response. Another email 9th November. No response. Another email 14th November. No response. Called 27th November and told product unavailable. Ok, but why no response or initial communication. Poor customer service. I had ordered same product month before and had to email for non delivery. Got a refund, then the next week new email saying product back in stock so I made a new order. Then dragged out process. Unbelievable!
