I went to Rockman's Ellenbrook today…
I went to Rockman's Ellenbrook today and it is now full of younger generation clothing. I was told (in not a very nice manner) that they were now catering only for the younger generation. Rockman's is now the only ladies dress shop still open in Ellenbrook Central Shopping Centre. There are a lot of older women living in Ellenbrook and near by suburbs that want to purchase cloths. Do you not know most younger generation now buy online. You should be catering for all generations. I can see the writing on the wall you too will be soon closing shop in Ellenbrook.

I wish i had read these reviews before placing my order.
I have received 1 item out of 6. There is no response to my emails. When i phoned i spoke to India or similar making communication hard - i was promised a return email which never came.
Such a shame as i would like to order more clothing but will go elsewhere!

Brought a jacket 14th of dec 2022, I rang on the 5th January to get a status as i had not received any updates, I was told my purchase would be shipped in the next 24-48 hours, have just received an email saying i will get a refund in 6 days as they dont have items i ordered!!
Be aware of outrageous returns policy
Online returns policy states must be returned within 30 days of purchase. How is this possible when it takes over 30 days just to receive the items! I've complained and asked for the written online policy to be changed from the time item is received, like most other online companies but no response. Also you must pay for returns and there is no returns instore unless for credit. Rockmans intices people in with crazy markdowns, daily sales and spam, yet the clothing is poor quality and inconsistent and they often send wrong items. Either change policy and practice fair trading or I will be like many others on here, requesting consumer affairs look into the chain store before more people are ripped off

Total lack of customer service in Joondalup shop today. Two staff in store too busy talking to each other to pay Any attention to customers when finally served was to the point of rudeness- it was painfully obvious they didn’t want to be there I know staff are hard to come by but I think Rockmans have hit the bottom of the barrel definitely won’t be going back there!

Definitely wishing I had read reviews before ordering, have been waiting for 4 out of 5 items ordered, keep getting apology emails, one even contained a discount voucher that was 19 days out of date on the day it was sent. Email assured that the items were secured for me and were still coming. Latest stated that they were still waiting on their supplier to provide the items but that I could cancel the items they were having trouble getting so that the rest of my order could be despatched, but there was no indication of which pieces they were waiting on.
Whole thing has left a sour taste, which will most probably affect any future patronage.

Edit, the rest of my order has finally arrived, right on the deadline that Rockmans customer service had set, they were going to cancel and refund if the items weren’t available by today.
Am very happy with my choices, they look good on, even the questionable choice of a body suit.
They have redeemed themselves.

I made a purchase online. I didn’t get the delivery due to a wrong address. When I called about the delivery not arriving the staff were wonderful on line and I ended up getting a ful credit back in my bank account within 4 days. Vicki stewart

Poor service with your returns policy. I posted back items on 13th Oct via parcel point. You received them 20th Oct and credit still not done. Your refund policy is ridiculous 20 business days. I will be contacting the Ombudsmans office. Andrea Weaver

Do not order online from Rockmans
I ordered 4 items a month ago. One item will be refunded as they never had stock of it. I had to call to chase it up AFTER I had already responded to an email about it a week before. The refund will be given a minimum of 7 days or more after my call. The 3 other items have not even been packed. All 4 items were further reduced 2 days after I placed the order.
This was my first and last online order with them. I have requested multiple times that they refund the entire order, but they have not. Wish I had read the online store reviews before I placed an order. Also took 5+ times to remove the marketing options. Daily spam from each option selected!
Rockmans took my money
I have been ordering from Rockmans for years but the last order was a disappointment to say the least. I received 2 items out of 3 and no amount of emails and phone calls did I get any satisfaction, no item or refund, they just took my money. Finally I contacted PayPal who kindly assisted and my money was refunded. I do like Rockmans clothing but I will never order from them again.

Rockmans so many chances but this last one has taken the cake.
Ordered 10 items received 2 items in one parcel next one received someone else's order
I ordered rockmans pants x 5 size 14 received Autograph 2 jumpers size 28.
Emailed so many times. Called so many times each time spoke to a very rude lady in India.
I had to email photos of wrong items, was then told I had to send it back before I could receive a refund/ items,
I then had to go to the post-office and send them back. I used my petrol and time only then to be told they would be refunding not sending out my items.
It was their mistake , they sent me someone else's order, yet I have to be out of pocket for fuel and time and get nothing I return.
I'm taking this to the AAAC , I have now unsubscribe to their emails so I am not tempted to buy when they send me deals they don't keep.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

My review is exactly the same as others on here. Half my order arrived so Sent at least two messages but absolutely no response. No other way to contact them either. I had been a loyal and satisfied customer but something is seriously amiss. I would caution anyone thinking of ordering anything from Rockmans to reconsider!
Sadly i am disappointed
Sadly, very disappointed with this once loved website. Months after my order never arrived, all i get are continuous auto generated emails saying they are waiting on a third party. And i now have an inbox full of these emails, and there is no way of speaking to anyone in person. So i will have to just not order from Rockmans again, which is such a shame.
