What has happened to RSG

What has happened to RSG. When they first came on the scene they were my go-to website for fab original homewares and gifts. They were stocked in Liberty for a while which at the time seemed fitting. Now they have turned into the tackiest brand where everything is covered in expletives (so cheap) and looks so classless. They have obviously decided their demographic is now more Towie than World of Interiors. What a shame.

Do not recommend
Their website is not kept up to date and they are selling stock they don't actually have.
Given today's technology, they should be reflecting real time stock levels rather letting customers purchase products they cannot fulfill.
Their customer service team don't care about the consequences it can cause the customers.
