Warning: Unreliable Business Practices – Avoid Letisan SRL (Rocketbaby.it)

We have had a terrible experience with Letisan SRL (Rocketbaby.it) as their supplier. Despite numerous attempts to reach them through emails and phone calls, they are blatantly ignoring all communication regarding unpaid invoices. Their refusal to settle outstanding debts is not only unprofessional but deeply frustrating.

It is incredibly disheartening to see companies like Letisan SRL act with such arrogance, using their power to simply ignore their obligations to suppliers. This type of behavior is unacceptable and speaks volumes about their business ethics.

We strongly advise against engaging with Letisan SRL—whether as a supplier or end-customer. They are not trustworthy, and based on our experience, they operate in bad faith. It’s extremely sad that businesses like this continue to take advantage of their partners, showing no respect for those they rely on.

Do not trust Letisan SRL (Rocketbaby.it)—doing business with them is a mistake.

Super easy to order from here and easy to shipment costs.

As a retailer on market for more than 5 years it's a shame to receive these brand in our warehouse, sandals arrived rusted such poor quality, brand claims no responsibility so we're taking it ourselves. If you have a plan B, please go for it...

The solution for missing screws for baby bed was not satisfying (15% discount for the next purchase)…

My order is very delayed and I do know yet if will arrive until Christmas that is essential for me. I am sorry

This company is a joke! I have ordered some items worth 1500 Euros and I arrived on its own sweet time. Now I placed my second order thinking that they would stick to their 10 working days past and still no reply, update and any news about refunds.
This is not a good company to deal with. If they have their website in English, then need to have English speaking customer service. So, in total, I have waited 16 business days and 25 days overall and no sign of any support.
my second order is worth 1600 Euros and I am worried if I would get my money back or will I receive my order.

Posted a review onsite and was deleted saying i was not speaking the truth and arguing back at me.Beware.

After placing the order- I was reading all the negative reviews about RocketBaby and honestly- I got concerned about it.
I contacted their customer service- just to check on the delivery status and the experience with the team was very positive. They were very swift in answering, transparent and customer oriented.
Today- I received the delivery- even sooner than expected.
I am also very satisfied with the quality of the ordered goods.
For me- I must say- it was a very nice experience with RocketBaby- and will for sure order more of their products available in the eShop.

This company is disgraceful,I ordered goods 10 days ago,they took my money immediately and it is impossible to contact them,they send all their emails in Italian which makes the whole process more difficult. After reading the awful reviews here on Trustpilot I tried to contact them again to find out when I could expect my order, the reply I got was from a computer with information that had nothing to do with my email! Buyers Beware!!!

WORST company ever! they NEVER deliver within 10 days and their products can be found cheaper elsewhere! DO NOT buy from them if you are hoping to receive your goods within a month.

Worst costumer service ever!
After nearly a month I’m still waiting on my item and I had to email them to ask for an update.. I’ve paid 6 euro in delivery and I still don’t know when the parcel will be delivered and they think its acceptable to not contact the costumer with an apology... ridiculous!

I have ordered a product on the 12th of January. On the 31st of February it was still not shipped. They asked if I wanted a reimbursement so I guess they just want to obtain free financing. Taking money without interest and then one month later reimburse.

Items still not arrived after 12 working days, not even received a tracking code yet!

I placed an order on 20th October, the items were for my daughters 1st birthday. On 28/29th I had to cancel some of items as they were for the party and still not arrived. I requested a refund to my card for these items which has still not been done 6th November.

Emailed yesterday (5th) waiting for a response as to my delivery and tracking code. At this point I may have to cancel the order.

Website looks good, nice products, delivery time unacceptable.

Update: I received an email 1430 following my review to say my items would be shipped in 2-3 working days (so that makes 15 working days to receive the items) and an email at 1820 saying my order has been shipped and the tracking number will follow.
However it says that only part of my order has been shipped, when I look at the detail it says the items to follow are the items that I confirmed via email to be cancelled and refunded.
