When we finally decided to have a quartz worktop, I went for Rock & Co after first speaking to Anthony. He was so brilliant and helped me in making my choice as I was very confused. I was very impressed when I visited the showroom in Stevenage and Chris was available to help book me in for my template and fitting. It was such a quick turn around compared to other companies I had been in touch with earlier. When it came to the template day, Jake arrived on time and help explain the entire process with me. Jake noticed a slight issue with the kitchen installation and advised we get the kitchen fitters to resolve the issue before we move forward with the project. After the issue was resolved, I had to rebook the template again and again both Anthony and Chris were very helpful in accommodating me. Jake came back and did the template. He is very pleasant and really good at his job - I could say that for Anthony and the entire team at Rock & Co. On the day of installation, Everton and Aden (not sure that’s the correct spelling) arrived and again they were very good. They offered to fit the sink and the hob for me and have also mastered the art of silicone. They were very nice to deal with.
I must say my entire experience with Anthony and his team have been nothing short of amazing. I had a seamless experience with them, even when an issue came up with my kitchen installers, Anthony, Chris and Jake were very understanding and accommodating. They’re always easily reachable and on hand to help at every stage. Anthony is always willing to help whatever your budget. I will highly recommend Rock & Co and will definitely be using them again and again in the future. Whatever you do, please choose Rock & Co. and you won’t regret it.

Great experience in every way. We visited the showroom in Stevenage and received superb service. We were shown the product, examples of jobs, had the products & their usage explained. Honor was attentive and communicated well with us throughout the process. Jake, the Laser Templater, was on time, pleasant & informative. He was quick & efficient. The fitters arrived in good time and worked quickly & quietly. They were very friendly & pleasant. They installed everything to a good standard and left everything clean & tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend the Rock & co team to anyone looking for kitched worktops.

Honestly couldn't have had a better experience with Rock & Co. Their customer service was amazing and the fitters were super friendly and did fab job. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent quality and customer service . Had a few problems but they fixed them and worktop is gorgeous.

I cannot commend Rock & Co enough. From the initial call with Sarah which led to a visit to the office to the final installation of our worktop, the service was impeccable. At each stage communication was super efficient as we were aware of exactly what to expect and the company were extremely flexible and thoughtful of our individual circumstances. I have to especially remark on the professionalism of Sarah, Stuart, Jake, Mani and Val who delivered to such a high standard that demonstrated they approach their work with an understanding of what the purchase means to the consumer. They have completely nailed the personal touch and making you feel like you are their only customer on whom all their attention is focused.
The survey visit by Jake truly reassured me as a first time customer that they are so experienced and that all will go without hiccup. He was excellent at advising me on how to get things just as I want them. Mani and Val treated our home with the utmost respect and despite the busy schedule they had, there was no rushing, care was take with the installation and then time spent with me advising on future care. Should I ever need any further products such as these, Rock & Co would definitely be my first choice.

This is the second time we have used Rock and Co and they have once again excelled themselves. From the original advice and quote from Nikki to the template guy Jake and finally the install team Mani and Valdir, the service has been exceptional, keeping us informed and keeping their promises every step of the way.
The quality of product and workmanship is superb. Highly recommended and thank you to all the team.

I made an urgent enquiry and Paul and Mani went above and beyond for me, even sending me a brilliant custom video that same day (on a Sunday!) showing me around the showroom,

Unfortunately I wasn't able to book them but they will definitely be my first choice if I am ever in the market again!

I ordered a Quartz worktop for my utility room about 2 weeks ago. Within a few days by appointment a representative turned up to take measurements. He was very polite, clearly very knowledgeable and discussed the product with me making sensible suggestions as to what would look best.

Within 10 days I was contacted again to arrange a fitting date suitable to me. A date and time was arranged and exactly on time two fitters arrived. They were both courteous and took extreme care in fitting a very heavy piece. I was expecting a few scratches to the wall but there were none. The fitting took just over 90 mins and both gutters cleaned up afterwards.

I cannot praise the quality of service I recieved from start to finish. An excellent product and service and I would recommend Rock & Co to anybody. Thank you so much.

I have just had my worktop fitted by rock and co.
I had a very bad experience with the kitchen company that I purchased my kitchen from. I started the fitting of my kitchen in December, and due to the incompetence of the kitchen company I ended up finishing the kitchen fitting in the middle of March. Rock and co who were due to fit the work top in January waited patiently till March. They explained the process carefully and although I had two straight runs of worktop (pretty basic), I had a 1400x1400 custom made table fitted by them as well. The finish is seamless. The communication was good throughout, staff from receptionist, templator and fitters, always courteous, kind and caring. They get back to you, they pick up their calls and try very hard to please. I have realised that fitting a worktop is less of a trade and more of an art. The work is at a high standard, their own product (urban Quartz) is beautiful. I'm so very happy with my experience and the finish (which by the way is perfect). I never got the impression from this company that had things gone wrong that they would have abandoned me - and this, when paying for an expensive product is always the primary concern. Would use again in a heartbeat. Fantastic!

Paid around £3,500 for new granite worktops. Had 3 failed fitting appointments - of which only two were notified. Just sat around listening to excuses as to where they were. Fitters came ill equipped. Had to leave for an hour to go back to the workshop for more drill bits. Fitting was not good. Complaints were fobbed off or unanswered. Eventually took them to court and won. They ignored the court papers but only after judgement was awarded did they pay up. What a bunch of cowboys.
