Shoes beautifully packed with several gifts inside. DHL delivery service could be better.

Sold me something saying was available for immediate dispatch .. got an email saying they would be 8-9 weeks, which is way past Christmas, so asked for my £250 to be refunded .. now after over 2 weeks and so many emails I still don't have my money back. Absolutely disgusting!

Excellent slippers, well made and great quality. A present for Christmas, so a disappointment was the shoe box, which was very damaged, probably in transit.

I live in Singapore and wanted to order a pair of barker shoes which are no longer available in Singapore. I placed an order simply online and received my delivery in Singapore within 9 days. Excellent service and I will use the service again.

They threw in some show polish and a pair of AWESOME socks for free, but it took some days before the order was shipped. Nevertheless, I'm very happy and can absolutely recommend Robinson's Shoes.

Won a pair of Barkers in a Facebook Competition went to the Store and was met by a wonderful Gentleman (so sorry that I cannot remember his name), treated myself and my brother to a great Shoe Fitting, getting the perfect fit for me after trying one some great looking shoes. Ended up leaving with the Shoes I won and another Pair that I just had to have. I would definitely recommend this service and the shoes are exceptional!!

Can't fault the service at all. From sale to delivery brilliant. Shoes came not in cloth bags in the box as described. And there was a scratch on one of them.
