I purchased this beautiful beast from Robinsons, and the entire experience was excellent. Henry, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to walk me through several options, and thanks to his efforts, I was able to choose the perfect bike. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and very friendly.

The delivery was handled by Richard, who was equally impressive. After unloading the bike, he didn’t rush off—instead, he took the time to explain the controls and shared some valuable maintenance tips. He was approachable, professional, and very friendly.

Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

I’ve bought several motorcycles from the Foundry over the years and have always had excellent service. In a time when retailers are only after as much cash as they can get from you, Dave and his team put you, the customer, at the centre of everything they do. Good advice, quick and efficient servicing plus they are very helpful in finding you exactly what you need.
It’s handy there is also a food van just outside too 😊.

Robinsons have been really helpful with an issue which a different Aprilia Dealer should have sorted for me . Annis was superb and managed to sort it out with the workshop very quickly and without any hassle . Top marks and will now be using Robinsons for future work and hopefully next bike .
Superb Customer Service .

Take my Guzzi there to be serviced. Good value and good work with a waiting room, coffee and a burger stand outside should you feel the need to hang around while the work's being done. Also sorted out a warranty claim for me for a petrol cap after the ratchet packed in.

Test rode a couple of bikes there a while back as well and was given a generous 2-3 hours of time to get a proper impression.

Summary: Helpful, efficient service and a nice atmosphere.

Needed parts for my dr750, really helpful they had part in stock and double checked it was right called me back and posted item same day. Fantastic service thankyou.

Just bought a scooter off these guys. It’s been the best experience I’ve had in years. Remember when dealers were friendly, helpful and they actually wanted your business? Robinsons Foundry are still like that. So good I bought my Vespa from them rather than my local dealer. Restored my faith. Thank you. 5 Stars.

Very helpful staff and knowledgeable. Was worth the 75 mile trip to get the bike. Would definitely recommend this shop.

If you're into motorcycles and bike gear then this is the store to go to with an amazing showroom.

Good facilities for trying on new gear; you can also get a coffee or tea and use the toilet facilities too.

The staff are very professional and welcoming.

They also have the Smoke House outside for hot food and drinks so you can eat whilst you shop too.

It's also a good spot for Biker meet ups.

The customer service from Robinson's Parts Department is always first class and I have been enjoying their service since 2004. Highly recommended.

I've purchased parts for a Suzuki motorbike and always found them great to deal with. Their Suzuki Vintage Motorcycle Parts online system is very well designed and easy to use.

I visited Robinsons to look at the indian scout. I couldn't decided between an indian and a Harley. The experience was chalk and cheese. Frank, sales, was great. Not at all pushy, helpful and happy to help and answer my questions. He offered me a great part ex on my suzuki and I went away happy. I will go back again. Glad to say with Franks help I got an indian. Top service throughout.

The best Suzuki spare parts in the UK, great delivery, communication and products. If the item requires special ordering, it always arrived much sooner than stated. My 1st place to looks for spare/replacement parts!!!
