Stay away! We have discovered that all the culture of dificiencies of this firm comes from the top. We realised this after receiving the most patronising and negative response from their director about our review of terrible experience of working with them. Hence I don't hold my breath for more professional approach from them. Fortunately we have now sold our property through another local agent.
