If you’re a woman do not support this business, Rob is a sexist elitist pig, who enjoys degrading and talking down to women

The folks at Roberts Composites deserve a huge kudos for the exceptional customer service and quality repair they performed on my carbon fiber road bike wheels. While searching for a shop to repair some damage sustained to my carbon fiber road bike wheels, I came across their site from references on several cycling based message boards. I decided to send them a few pictures with a description of the incident, which Rob quickly replied with an initial (non-binding) assessment. Shortly after shipping the wheels to his shop, they promptly contacted me with a detailed assessment of the damage and provided several repair options and quotes. After authorizing the work, they promptly performed their superior craftsmanship to my wheels and contacted me to complete the transaction.

Once I received the repaired wheels, I was blown away by the quality of the work. Not only was the repair made to fix the damage I sustained with the pothole, the work was done so well that I was having a hard time even locating where the repair was made. I literally had to review the initial pictures I sent them to identify where the damage had been.

I highly recommend Roberts Composites for your carbon fiber repair needs. While I hope not to have to use them in the future (fingers crossed), if the occasion arises, they will be the first call I make to get my wheels spinning again.
