Absolutely disgraceful company im a disabled person and have had no hot water or heating for over a week. They fail to keep appointments, lie and their standard of work is a joke at best, save yourself alot of unnecessary stress by picking a reputable plumber instead of these cowboys.

Problem with Thermostat
I found the gentleman who came and fixed the problem I had with the heating thermostat was very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain what had happened and why. He also managed to do the annual boiler check while he was here

I’ve only given this rating for the engineer, getting them out as urgent was the issue but the engineer Dan is great, couldn’t ask for a more decent guy. Did everything he could to make sure me and my children had heating and hot water again

The lad that came was lovely never stopped very professional came just after 8am was away by 1pm you would have thought he was never there everything cleared and cleaned can't remember his name but I live at newburn and it was just today got a brand new boiler

why do they leave taps running from the minute they come in till they leave have they no idea how much water flows through a tap full on in 25 /30 minutes coming a water meter

Gas service
The engineer arrived at 8 am which gave me the whole day to myself. He was very friendly and chatty and efficient in his work
He even carried a big heavy box indoors for me which was very kind of him
