As an independent family business that has been trading in HA postcodes since 1983 we believe in working hard and in a transparent fashion to achieve the best results for our owners. This mix has repeatedly led to Robert Cooper achieving record breaking prices across the area. As estate agents, we are aware of the negative connotations that come with our industry, we proactively distance ourselves from these stereotypes. We do this by not tolerating any type of dishonesty and by ensuring all members of staff are either industry qualified or in the process of becoming industry qualified. When you combine this recipe with over 100 years of industry experience you can be confident in achieving the best price with as little stress as possible.

Outstanding experience with the sales team

An amazing experience with the whole sales team, they were so supportive throughout when dealing with a delicate sale for me. The viewings were taken out with such time and care, they secured a brilliant offer and the sales progression team kept me updated every step of the way and were genuinely lovely, friendly people to work with.

I would give them zero stars if I could…

I would give them zero stars if I could for the service that we are receiving, we are chased for paying them for something that we were not even given a service for.
We had a very bad experience with them first at this time of purchase of a property. Certain issues that the Agent promised were resolved were never resolved, and we had to pay bills out of our pocket for more than £2000. Secondly, without any service being provided, they came up with head charges at a latest stage. They push you to sign contract. Create unnecessary urgency

Excellent Service

I recently had an excellent experience with Robert Cooper & Co Estate Agents and couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to helping me through every step of the process.

A well deserved 5 stars

Great Service & team

The whole team made me feel so welcome when I popped in to the office to discuss a property. They were knowledgeable about the market and nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you all for being so helpful.

Slow deposit return and lack of clarity on tenancy terms

Very poor experience with Robert Cooper.

After nearly 3 years as tenants, it took over 3 months to resolve our deposit — only after repeated chasing. Communication was slow and unhelpful throughout.

The check-out report was questionable, with several claims not reflecting the age and condition of the property. Despite this, deductions were still made for cleaning and minor garden work, with no invoices provided.

We were also asked to sign a new fixed-term contract each year, without it being clearly explained that we could move to a rolling tenancy instead. When we l informed the agency that we intended to leave, we were told this was not possible, as we had already signed another 12-month term. This was unexpected and made the moving process unnecessarily stressful.

The matter had to go through the Tenancy Deposit Scheme to be resolved.

Overall, an unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming process. I would strongly advise tenants to document everything carefully, understand the terms before renewing, and be prepared for disputes.

Check out nightmare

Nearly 2 months after moving out from my let these agents are attempting to withhold my deposit over items arbitrarily added since the check out process with no explanation at all. Initially they started out with the wrong checkin report, which I pointed out. They will not engage with me and are letting this roll into the TDS dispute process presumably in the hope I give up or make a rookie error and their claims stick. Beware and keep everthing recorded by email sent. I have and am confident.

Thank you Clarke & Raena

Fantastic experience with Clarke and Raena at the Eastcote site.

As a first time buyer I needed my hand held through the process and I got exactly that, whilst they also helped me communicate and agree a fair price adjustment based on my survey report.

Our interactions were entirely professional when they needed to be and they brought their own character and personal touch to the entire experience which is important for me.

Great communication with my solicitor and fantastic advice whenever I became confused with technicalities.

I'll be coming back when I'm ready to move into my next home. Thank you so much. J

Mighty glad to see the back of them!

Mighty glad to see the back of them - a brief but awful sales experience with Clarke Pursey & team at the Eastcote branch. In the end we were very lucky & relieved to be able to ditch them & sell our house privately.
🧐😫😙🦶👎👎

Clarke’s pre-sales patter bore zero resemblance to reality. The so-called ‘exclusive waiting list’ of committed buyers for our very popular street was in reality a gaggle of uninformed bargain hunters. His so-called ‘team’ of negotiators were more interested in personal gain than in sharing sales info with their colleagues & getting the best deal for us. Time & again they failed to share important facts we’d provided (eg that we were end of chain!) that would make our property very appealing to prospective buyers.

But above all - we became so alarmed by the viewing chaos (over 30 x 15min back-to-back viewings for a substantial home - before our house was even on the market), that we had to quickly warn our neighbours - one of whom promptly offered to buy the house! So in the end Clarke & co. shot themselves in the foot - they lost their commission due to their own unprofessional & self-serving conduct.
