Terrible customer service, first time i messaged i was available any day of the week as my job said they'd give me time off the reply to this from robbies was i don't think we can accommodate your needs, a few months after that I hadn't had any luck with driving and changed jobs so with me only being available on Fridays I asked robbies again to which I got no response for 9 days so I asked for a refund which I did get but no one replied to inform me. I've never had worst customer service in my life

Sagar has been a fantastic instructor for my son and great guide . Building his confidence alongside his skills and always giving positive encouragement throughout the whole learning to drive journey. Highly recommend Sagar.

Steve Fear is a BRILLIANT driving instructor! He was great and very patient in getting my skills up to scratch and building my confidence in driving in the UK (I originally learned overseas). He is a friendly and, importantly for me as someone with a full time job and young children, flexible professional. I cannot recommend Steve enough!! It really is thanks to him that I passed my test on the first attempt.

When I started learning to drive I was really nervous. I was nearly 40 and completely lacking confidence in myself. I had two blocks of lessons with two different instructors and it just never felt right. I didn’t feel confident or comfortable. I was at least twice on the brink of just giving up.

I decided to have a final shot at it and found Steve Fear with Robbie’s. There was an immediate and very obvious difference and he put me at ease straight away.

Steve approached the different stages of teaching methodically and in a way that was so clearly laid out.

We had 28 hours of lessons and when Steve said I was ready for my test and i was a safe driver, I knew I could trust him.

Having his backing made me so much more confident. I went into my test confident that I could pass and I did.

Roshan has to be the best instructor ever. I was a novice driver and he managed to help me learn how to drive to my best potential. I passed first time with only two minors, all I can say is I recommend!!

Roshan is not one of the best instructors. He is simply THE BEST. If you are looking to start your driving lessons and you are looking for someone to help you, Roshan is the man to reach out to. Take my word for it, he is simply THE BEST.

I really cannot rate Matias highly enough. He was recommended by a friend and I can see why. He’s very patient, great at explaining concepts and just overall a really good teacher. I always felt safe and free to ask any questions.
Because I have moved around I have had a number of driving instructors and Matias has by far been the best. He was also great at helping me schedule lessons despite working shifts.

I’m extremely glad I had Matias as my driving instructor. He’s an excellent teacher, very patient, and always made sure I was on track to meet the examiner's standards. Thanks to him, I passed my driving test on the first attempt! I highly recommend both Robbie's Driving School and Matias!!

Shadhidul was my sons driving instruction in Bradley Stoke area, We paid for 10 hours upfront, 1st 2 hour lesson instructor was late and not a whole 2 hour lesson, 4 more hours used for lessons then my son booked his test, chased for 2 months to book 2 hour lesson then last 2 hours use for test but no reply chased several times, Messaged Robbies main number who just advised Shadhidul would be intouch. We are now 13 days till my sons test and the instructor is offering a refund! Appalling I would advise not to use !!

My instructor Roshan was the best instructor I had during my long journey to get my licence. I had 4 different instructors all varying in quality. Roshan was the best by far, teaching me everything I needed to past my test effectively. He was very polite and kind and made every lesson enjoyable and more importantly valuable to my learning. When looking for a test Roshan was very flexible with dates making it easy to get a much needed cancellation. He also squeezed in extra sessions on his day off to ensure I felt confident for my final test. I passed with one minor fault all thanks to the teachings of Roshan. Couldn’t recommend him enough.

Really bad driving school with unreliable instructors especially ilyas.

Ed is a great instructor, he's funny and patient! He advised me to reschedule my test many times until he was certain I was ready. Once he thought I was test ready, he gave me the confidence to do believe in myself and I passed my driving test on my first go.

My instructor Ilyas Ali was brilliant! I have had lessons before but didn't get along well with the instructor. After I switched to Robbiesdrivingschool I found that I was improving very quickly and now, after very few lessons, I have passed. would highly recommend

Matias is definitely the best driving tutor that I’ve ever seen, he’s patient and very professional, giving learner the most autonomy and keep everything safe!

A massive thank you to Roshan for always being so patient with me. Even after 2 failed tests he still encouraged me to keep trying and never doubted me, making me feel confident with my driving. He was flexible in helping me book extra lessons before my test as I was nervous and he always knew what I struggled on most which we then practiced. I would definitely recommend Roshan to anyone learning to drive as it was an amazing experience.
