Great app

Been using if few weeks great app however the superdrug task cant be completed my store has no promotional isle or any special coffer section, would be great if could complete task by adding that in as an option

Too complicated tasks and very small pay

For me this company is expecting far too much for very little money. Sometimes the pay is as low as £3 for something that could take 30 minutes + to complete. They expect people to spend long amounts of time in shops, taking photos there, when really no-one is suppose to take unauthorised photos in shops without permission, running the risk of getting banned from the shop. At the same time they seem hypercritical about errors. For example, one of my tasks was rejected because of a photo which was not clear enough, when I had spent about 45 minutes in a store to get paid about £4.
The tasks seem to be getting more complicated over time, very often Roamler ask people to take photos of the tills, and photos around the entrance, without any sort of permission or identity cards.
If the intended feature is not available then the worker is suppose to take multiple photos to prove it is not available. The instructions are not always clear.
The pay is dismal, the average pay per task seems to be around the £4 mark, the pay never seems to improve, it has been like that for years.

I absolutely love Roamler

I absolutely love Roamler. The app is so easy to use and I enjoy completing the tasks. When I requested payment it was in my account the same day!

Avoid at all costs!

I’ve worked in field sales for over 20 years, and a growing concern across the industry is the increasing number of technical rejections being used as a reason not to pay representatives for completed work. Roamler, in particular, is frequently refusing valid calls over minor issues that do not impact the outcome of the job.

For example, I recently had multiple visits rejected simply because I did not include a warehouse photo. In this case, the stores were not ranged for, and had already declined a secondary display, so an additional photo would not have altered the result in any way. Yet, the burden was placed on me to repeatedly walk through the store to gather more unnecessary evidence in order to avoid rejection.

During one of these rejected calls, the app required for completing a call stopped working, because it demanded an update my device on its current IOS could not support. To finish the task, I had to go to the trouble of finding and borrowing another device from a family member, upload the app via store Wi-Fi, and start the call from scratch again just to complete it. Despite this, it was thrown in my face that the call only took me “five minutes,” disregarding the actual length of time behind the scenes that I spent resolving the technical issue incurred through no fault of my own, as well as the half-hour drive, petrol costs, and wear-and-tear on my vehicle — none of which were reimbursed.

These examples demonstrate that field representatives are being penalised for circumstances beyond their control, including technical failures, unnecessary requirements, and unreimbursed travel. By focusing on trivial issues rather than actual results, Roamler discourages experienced reps from working with them and risks damaging relationships with major clients who rely on accurate field execution.

In life, there is a law of sowing and reaping — the way a company treats others will ultimately return to them. Based on my experience, if these practices continue, I do not foresee much good in Roamler’s future. I hope this honest review provides balance for future clients, giving them insight into how Roamler treats its representatives, and counteracts the paid and incentivised reviews that appear below it.

Great range of tasks to complete with fantastic feedback and support from the team. Elaine is always so helpful 😊. They are a great company to be a part of. Highly recommend them to family and friends.

Frequent jobs and instant bank payment after £25 or £1 fee.

Using Roamler since Dec ‘21…

Easy to use app with frequent/reoccurring job that can do near to home and Roamler have the quickest payout process than any other app I’ve used in last 4 year

If you are failed for job you are given option to explain or/and give more information or send extra photo via email even and I’ve not been rejected without good reason and always received payout.

I love this app

I love this app, it's really fun doing the tasks. The team is always really helpful and so quick to get back when I have a question. It's kept me going through my maternity leave, and is just part of my routine now.

Unpaid Work, No Proof of Payment, and Blocked Account Access Outrageous!

I’m extremely disappointed and frustrated with this company.
I completed my tasks correctly and requested payment to my French IBAN, but I never received the money. When I contacted them, nobody provided a proper solution. My bank is asking for a proof of transfer, yet the company refuses to give me any payment receipt or confirmation.

To make things worse, my access to their website has been completely denied — no matter what I do. I tried changing my email and password several times (three times in total), and I still can’t log in. It feels like they deliberately locked my account after I asked for my payment.

Right now, I’m left without access, without my money, and without any proof of payment for a job that I already did.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I demand transparency, proof of the transaction, and my payment immediately.
