Ok - 2 court cases for speeding - separate courts. The chances of getting off with one is unlikely, getting off with 2 would be impossible right? Well not for Mr Steven Farmer. Categorically clear with his plans and clearly one of the most experienced Road Traffic Lawyers I have ever come across. Court case one - didn't even see a court room, Court case two - Mr Farmer took it to the fight and won a knockout. Absolute magic to watch.

They truly are professionals and know exactly how to handle a situation. When I first spoke to Steven I could understand that we are both aligned with the case and we had the same questions and our estimations where similar.

I am very happy to say that the case was approached exactly how I imagined and even thought I had no recollection of my accident Steven and his team really took the juice out of the evidence and investigated themselves to arrive to the right conclusions. When needed an independent collision investigation might be required, do not cheap out on this as chances are that report and the competence of the firm will win you a good case.

Although I was unfortunate to have gone through accident and prosecution, and it seemed that I was alone on this I certainly did not feel I was alone after RTA law gave me their support.

Very professional, got the result i wanted, highly recommended

I filled out the online enquiry form, mid afternoon! 10:30pm that same day, Andrew emailed me to ask for the case details! I sent them that evening & by 10am the following day I had conducted a phone call with Andrew. After the phone call I knew I wanted RTL to carry my case forward. There knowledge & professionalism is astounding! Steven sets you at ease & talks through everything so you understand everything! He also Dosent sugarcoat things! I was facing a dangerous driving charge & was about to go to trial, when Steven negotiated with the PF to accept a lesser charge of careless driving with significant deletions. I went from possible license loss, to 4points & £350 fine, all thanks to Steven & Andrew. I will not hesitate to use RTL again if I find myself the wrong side of the law again.

I won’t hesitate to use this firm again if needed and highly recommend. I went to Steven and Andrew with around 10 days notice before court this was no stress for them top class professionals. I should have got a ban from driving and really thought that what the outcome was going to be but Andrew worked his magic and saved me big time as I’m a vehicle transporter and would have had to close my company if it wasn’t for this Andrew sweet talking the PF and judge. Would highly recommend!! Great communication from Steven and Andrew through the whole case, from the minute I phoned to even after the court case. Everything explained thoroughly, to what’s going on and what to expect in court.
Police wanted Dangerous Driving and me off the road but going through evidence and seeing the dash cam footage from the police vehicle, Steven done the maths and got this down to careless driving and some points. A whole lot better than a ban, the police statements and dash cam footage didn’t add up and I’m so glad I got Steven on this case to prove them wrong.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Steven and Andrew are absolutely brilliant!!
