So much better than breakdown service included with my vehicle lease to fix a motorway tyre blow out. We were given an arrival time of just an hour from time of booking. The mechanic kept us updated on arrival time and ensured he had our live location, arrived within the originally stated time and was very friendly and polite. We were on our way in less than an hour and a half from confirming the quote. Fantastic!

Once arrived was quick and efficient. I don't have standard tyres, yet he arrived on a Sunday, with the correct tyre, in the middle of no reception. Polite and professional. Thank you!

Roadmate were excellent. Had an issue with a screw stuck in my tyre that was slowly causing it to deflate. They turn up in the timeframe, tyre changed quickly, and I was on my way again. Fantastic service!

I was travelling from London to Belfast with a 7.30pm ferry to catch when my tyre blew out on the M42 and shredded itself! The Road Traffic officer recommended that I call a mobile tyre fitter. I chose Road Mate because of the name. Sarah answered the phone and gave me complete confidence that I was in safe hands. The tyre fitter team didn’t let her down. Lost only one hour travel time and caught my ferry. Thank you Sarah!

Road mate really was my hero today I was recommended him by someone where I broke down and he helped me straight away I did have a 50 min wait but he texted me with updates with time of arrival and when he arrived he was just the nicest chap and really fairly priced.

Picked up phone quick, sorted out an appointment right away. Technician kept me up to date on when he would arrive. Replaced tyre and on my way with in the hour. Fast and Friendly.

I had a puncture and needed to get this fixed from my property. Roadmateuk attended quickly, they arrived when the stated that they would and carried out the replacement of the tyre in a quick time that enabled me to be back up and running quickly. This was excellent customer service and I would recommend this service.

Excellent experience from start to finish

I got stuck with a flat yesterday and phoned Road Mate. I got helped by Sarah, and she was amazing. Calm and super friendly. With in no time a guy come out to help me and I was back on the road. Called for an emergency tyre replacement was greeted by a very helpful lady and within an hour tyre was fitted by a friendly fitter all in all a fantastic service thanks to all involved
