Routing could be better. Mostly drivers should start from the furthest distance and work back to warehouse location. It allows drivers to miss traffic and be near home once finished

Good App and resources available

Good App and resources available. Some of the routes don’t make sense on pay rate due to gas increases. I do leave feedback on routes where pay should be higher if it makes a difference. Good flexibility to work when you want.

There is an extreme amount of glitches…

There is an extreme amount of glitches in the app and loses function completely between 2pm and 5 pm. I've only received customer service twice in the last 73 deliveries I've made. I love it but there's is not much work as well also like to mention that when you guys add or offer gigs the details are not shown until after you accept.and of you deny I drops your rating so idk bout that either as well as it cancelling the moment it pops up and you want to do the job then it stop your auto match for too many opportunities missed I definitely do not like that either. Just so many problems that could be fixed with the right programming I promise things would go so much smoother.
