I enjoy helping the community by delivering goods, especially the elderly. This platform allows me to earn some income while ensuring they have their prescriptions, as most of my gigs are from Cvs. We live in the second smallest city in Virginia so I understand why the gigs are infrequent. It would be great to have more opportunities. I usually get 6 to 8 offers a week (in my city.) My only complaint is receiving offers for Roanoke, which is almost 2 hours away. And there should be a way to contact the customer before we arrive because there are so many places without service in this area.

The app needs a little bit of fine tuning with certain aspects of making deliveries but it’s workable obviously lol. I went through around 6 different people over about 6 months of needing my old phone number deleted from the 2 part verification until Victor from customer service was the one who fixed my issue and I can’t praise him enough! Thanks again Victor!!!

I would like to provide feedback regarding the shift reservation process in Roadie. When a driver taps on an available shift, the system makes us wait up to 15 minutes before letting us know whether we were awarded the block. During that entire time, we are unable to reserve other available shifts, even though we don’t know if we’ll actually get the one we selected. If I tap on a shift, it already means I want to accept it. There shouldn’t be such a long waiting period just to receive a yes or no. This process wastes valuable time and often causes drivers to miss other available blocks while waiting for a decision. An instant confirmation—or at least a much shorter response time—would make the experience far more efficient and fair for drivers. It would reduce frustration, improve productivity, and help ensure available shifts are filled more quickly. I hope you will consider improving this process for the benefit of all drivers. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Roadie is a decent app but has a lot of GPS pin issues. Also would like to be allowed to pick up more deliveries. If I have a few deliveries from say home Depot inside my vehicle allow me to take CVS pharmacy deliveries in the same area it's extra money for the drivers and more deliveries for you.

You guys need a phone line for people to call.The chat takes too long and they are slow to respond and we have to wait until someone is found and that can take any where from 1-30 minutes. I had to cancel a order to get out of it and that effected my stats, because there was no one available to assist me.

The deliveries are great. Would like to see better pay due to gas cost. Would like to experience more back to back delivery

My account has been deactivated with no explanation whatsoever. I am clueless and when I emailed support they responded but I have yet to receive an answer regarding why my account was deactivated in the first place. This is disappointing and disturbing because you made the same mistake a few months ago and I suffered financially and I received $70 as a conciliation with an apology. I am nearing 4000 deliveries. for this company and was just on a Driver panel YESTERDAY giving feedback to you to make the company better

This very disheartening to say the least and the fact that I have recommended this company to many people and this is the thanks I get. This is the second time this inconvenience has happened hence the reason for the two stars. I actually like and enjoy the platform but this is getting ridiculous.

Better details on what is being delivered

Rates are too low and the on-time stat is irrelevant if the products get delivered and the customers are happy. You want priority but you pay like you don’t care when it arrives. Expedited service requires premium pay not $0.50 per mile. Also your algorithm is botching Walmart orders and blocking vehicles that can fit the offer from even making an offer. This is probably the 10th time I’ve informed you of that issue with product dimensions being miscalculated by the algorithm and exaggerated effectively blocking many drivers from being able to take those orders.

The app is easy to maneuver, pay is pretty fair usually. My only suggestion would be to ensure that roadie support is more accessible time wise, sometimes I reach out and don’t get a response until after I’ve already found a way to complete the gig on Sundays. Otherwise it’s a great platform.

So far it’s great, definitely had some hiccups on the accuracy of the addresses with the app side of things but other then that easy to use and work!

Improve by not putting everything on the driver and realizing that the app causes issues itself at times and a better and faster way to connect to support

I've noticed when working cross docks that when you are delivering to an apartment/condo it's hard to get access to the mailroom and or the customer's door to deliver. Is there a way to be given the customer's access or delivery codes to enter these buildings without wasting valuable time to contact several different people to gain access? I appreciate the opportunities to work these jobs I'm just looking for a speedy and efficient way to deliver.
