RKS did some excellent design and…

RKS did some excellent design and development work for us on a new product. We needed research, industrial design, and software development. We chose RKS because they were the only firm we found that were really human-centered. The project was incredibly complicated and lasted about 13 months. Like any project we had challenges, but RKS was a great partner. The end result is we have performant solution that had lead to incredible growth for our business. Hope this helps!

Needs a lot of improvement

This place needed a lot of areas to improve on but the control-freak CEO didn't care about it. He doesn't listen to anyone but himself. He lives in a bubble and would only want to believe good things and won't accept suggestion that can help the company. He clearly isn't fit to run a business because he has a lot of professional issues to deal with. I pity this company for having a leader who will let it down.
