I use the water that runs off the roof to water the garden. Yet after painting the roof with rizistal the water running off into the water butts turns brown and frothy. Can I still use this to water on my plants or clean my car. Is it harmful to use. Please reply.

Do not buy Rizistal tarmac surface restorer. After 3 days of preparation and coating, the drive was covered in brown patches after it rained. To make it worse we ruined our neighbours drive also. Firm not interested.

As discussed in previous communications with you, the product looked well for three weeks after application. Therefore our technical team advised you that the staining will either be due to contamination from the substrate underneath the coating, or exposure to another material or chemical from above.
Our Tarmac Restorer is one of our best-selling products. We believe this incident was a result of sub-quality substrate, rather than a faulty product.

I have to say that maybe, It's alot too ask that a repair kit for Asphalt would be as good as original Asphalt. 1) It is very hard to mix, even with the correct mixing equipment. 2) And it is a must that the surfaces are pre-treated before applying mix. 3) The finished surface from my experience does not handle heavy traffic very well at all..BUT it does a Asphalt repair...
I ordered the product and heard nothing no confirmation of my order delivery or update re same. I contacted them to see what was happeneing and I got an email from somone who was asking for another member of staff to contact me to let me know what was happening. I am still waiting for that person to give me the update re expected delivery date.The product eventually turned up without any further communication from the company.
Very poor customer service.
