Customer friendly packaging

Just wanted to contact you to give a compliment and not complain about anything.
The crackers are their usual Ritz color and taste which in my opinion is the best in its class. Our family loves them. Really, the reason for this is the packaging. The 8 individual packages per container, weight of 11.8 ozs. ,keeps the majority of the crackers fresh as that first cracker.
Bravo to a company that thinks of the customer ( not a bad selling point) when letting them spoil could lead to higher turnover.
I have been eating Ritz crackers since my grandma fed them to me in 1956 . I fed them to my son and now they are a staple in my grandsons home.
The packaging is not a huge deal but thank you Ritz for improvements on a near perfect product. You just keep getting better!

What happened with this cracker!!!

What happened with this cracker!!!! This was the best cracker ever...the last 5 or 6 times, I have bought these crackers they almost look like the Kebbler Club cracker, except it didn't have any butter or salt. Each time I return them. Those crackers were horrible. $4.19 it's no longer worth buying the brand when its absolutely disgusting...I like mines on the darker side, buttery, and just right with the salt. Maybe this manufacturer needs to shut down...

Broken to pieces!

What went wrong this time you ask, as though there were many before this? I'll tell you what went wrong. I purchased a bag of your Ritz toasted crisps and upon opening them and pouring them out 95% of the bag the chips were broken. They were completely unusable for the charcuterie boardI was making! I'm very disappointed with your product.

No longer 'melt in the mouth' crackers

On the packet description it states, 'we bake them to perfection, to give every cracker that melt in the mouth taste you love'. That's how they 'used' to be. Now, they're almost burnt and extremely hard in texture. It seems, from the reviews here, that customers are being ignored. Purchased in Tesco, Kent.

You changed the recipe - flakey fall apart no flavour crackers

You changed the recipe. I am an everyday ritz cracker eater and see the price went up and the ingredients went downhill. I had to buy another product for my dinner party because they just fall apart now. Impossible to use as dipping crackers. You should change the name to fall apart no flavour crackers. Too flakey, fall apart crumbles.

SALTY AND DISAPPOINTING

We eat Ritz Original crackers religiously in our household. I usually buy Ritz crackers at Sam's because they come in a 18 roll box. But, we ran out, the weather was bad and the trip to Sam's is 40 minutes away. So I opted a 6 pack box at the local grocery store. We are Ritz and cheese people. I was/am so disappointed. SALTY!!!!! OMG I PRAY YOU STILL HAVE SALT!! They are horrible!!! Quality unexceptionable.

Worst quality - could be baby Food

I don’t know what they’ve done, but the product is absolutely ridiculous.
The packet came with most of them broken - I would simply classify this as baby food because you cannot even dip it without it breaking in 3+ pieces!!
Absolutely pointless I will never purchase this again. The quality has just gone right down.

New toasted chips

I purchased the 'New' toasted chips the flavor was good, unfortunately will not purchase again, since they are hugely loaded with salt. It would be great if they had a lightly salted version.

Lightly salted cardboard

Hadn't had these in years so decided to treat myself for Christmas. Good lord, what an utter disappointment! Heavy, tasteless, pointless. Lightly salted cardboard is the best description.
I guess they are trying to make things more healthy but if this is the result I would rather they just withdraw the product altogether.

Rip off

All flavours of ritz crackers have always been sparse in the taste department but the last several boxes have had no taste at all.
Combine that fact that we are getting totally ripped off with shrinkflation, 30% less crackers for the same or more money, these are now completely off my shopping list, forever.

Not what they used to be

Not what they used to be. Has anyone else noticed, they seem smaller diameter and dry and hard. Not what I remember years ago when I last bought some (2x price of regular Jacobs cheese crackers)
I wont waste money on these again very disappointing

What have they done to the original…

What have they done to the original Ritz Crackers? I purchased a box today from sainsbury, The date was good 2025..I got home and opened the box to eat one, The flavour is completely gone!..They used to be nice golden colour slightly oily and nice salty taste..These one's tasted Stale. I discarded the whole box.
