wrong delivery TWICE; out of pcoket
Let's start by saying that I love Ritu Kumar clothes. I was delighted when I realised I could order online and have clothes delivered to the UK!
Big mistake. In June I order 5 items. Because I'm in the UK, I had to pay a hefty load of tax on the parcel. Three were initially delivered in the wrong size. I contacted the customer support team, and after some back and forth, those incorrect items were returned - it meant printing out lots of forms and waiting in for the delivery people.
The replacement items that were subsequently sent AGAIN arrived in the wrong size. These had to be returned again - more form printing. More waiting in for delivery drivers. 3 weeks after that - bear in mind we are now 3 months after my initial order - the customer service finally responds to my enquiries and tells me the items are now out of stock in the correct sizes. That they will refund those, but will not do anything about refunding the tax. They offer an insulting discount of 15% against future orders.
Despite acknowledging that this is their problem, caused by their systems, they are happy to leave a customer out of pocket.
They just say they are 'not proud of themselves'. Yep. I would think so. TL; DR - don't order online. Their dresses are great; their service is dreadful.
