Every time I worked with Rightfix the tech was always very clear in his or her instructions. No problem was too difficult. They were always very patient if I was having a hard time completing a task.

Every time I call Rightfix, I find the technicians to be very professional. Only once did I find my computer ran slower after being worked on, and I think it was because i have did something wrong. Next time I called the technician quickly fixed the problem. I am really glad I paid for this service. They want me to call once a month to cleanup my computer. Very pleased with service.
