Package and jacket damaged on receipt
I paid for a skirt and a jacket for my wife as a Christmas present which included a courier delivery, but instead I received it with the local postal service. The dress was ordered on the 25th of November but was not sent until the 8th of December and then received on the 18th of December. When the package arrived, it was completely damaged and soaking wet, and the clothes inside were moisty and crumpled. The dress was just placed in the cardboard box with some wrapped paper around. Why were the clothes not packed properly in a sealed box? What makes matters worse is that there was apparently placed some candy inside the package, but due to the soaking condition of the package, the candy was dissolved making two large stains on both the jacket and the skirt
I am very disappointed of the quality of this received order and I will not accept it in this condition. This is by far the worst experience and lack of care of delivery I ever had! I have requested for a refund. I cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.
