Very poor business practices. I ordered and was charged for 2 swimsuits. One came the other did not. When I contacted customer service they told me the other suit was out of stock. I could have another shipped or get a refund. I requested a refund. They told me it would be 5-15 days. It has now been 40. At 45 days I can report it with my credit card company which is what I will do.
Customer service has been responsive but they just keep telling me they will “urge finance to give me a refund as soon as possible.”
Do not buy from this company.

Absolutely horrible company and experience. Trust me, I know the swimsuits look cute but you they don’t match the pictures and if you have to make a return they have TERRIBLE customer service, don’t reply to your emails, etc. They should be put out of business. Do not support them!!!

Customer service will not reply for my return of a swimsuit of very poor quality and not sized correctly AND I was charged for another swimsuit, I did not receive! Customer service will not return my emails (no customer service phone number to be found) they replied once and offered me a few dollars off to keep the swimsuit and I replied no and that I needed a refund for the swimwear I did not receive….never heard from them again! Total rip off

Note to self, always read the reviews first. Horrible experience trying to return products and get my refund. Wasted over a week with correspondence and being offered 25, 30, 50% refund. Would never buy from this company again.

I ordered a bathing suit and was initially worried I was going to receive it at all, but it did finally arrive. It didn’t fit right and was put together really strangely, so I wanted to return it. Their website says you have to return the item within 15 days, and before you do so you have to email their customer service email. So I did that, and after many emails back and forth of them just trying to give me “discounts” on the item so I would just keep it, or offering me coupons toward my next purchase, they finally stopped answering at all once I demanded a full refund. DO NOT order from this website — the products are poor quality and their return/refund policy is a scam.

Horrible- it is just like this wig company I dealt with for my dad. Everything came from China. There is no return policy. You cannot return their suits. They are awful. Never buy from them or support this kind of company.

My swimsuit seemed well made, but was too short for my torso. I had read the return policy on their website before purchasing and was excited for the opportunity to exchange the suit for a bigger size. However, the response I got was that I could keep the suit and receive $5. I replied requesting an exchange or full refund instead and never got a response. So I sent a whole new email and was finally given the return shipping address as well as "Besides, pls note that even if you return the items at your cost, we can't issue a full refund cause we have shipped you the items.(so we need to deduct the shipping fee which was charged by the logistics company). So pls consider our offer and you can keep these items, give it to others or resell it." I am going to email back and ask how much I will get in a refund, but I am nervous that if I send it back I won't ever get a refund and then I wont' have a swimsuit either. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

Purchased suits and they came on time, however one of the straps was sewn on twisted, and the other suit fit weird. Tried to return by following their instructions. Heard back from them asking if I wanted to be reimbursed $12 and keep the suits. I wanted full refund which I explained, and I’ve now not heard back. Going to give up and just keep the suits however I strongly advise not purchasing from this site.

In a word...SCAM. Reached out to Customer service about a return, as directed on website. Tried 2 more times and it's been 4 days and crickets. Stay away from this company. I will be reporting.

Bathing suit came and is horrible quality. Looks nothing like the picture. Their reviews on the site are amazing, wish I had seen these prior to purchasing.

Follow up to riot bay response: I did email twice, as many others on here have reported, and have not received a response.

These swimsuits are knockoffs from Albion fit. I have owned one from each company and Riotbay uses Albion’s photos in their posts. So frustrating!! If it seems too good to be true- it probably is.
