(Lincoln office)Worst company to deal with, they never speak to you face to face I've not seen one of my 4/5 people dealing with it all in the end, always chasing them up and take ages to reply back to calls, messages and emails unless it's them wanting money they come out of hibernation and quick to message then with hands out bleeding ya dry.
Constantly asking the same questions for months resulting in further delays even when they've been told multiple times already.
I finally got assigned to Rebecca who I will say did more then all the others put together but the damage as a company had already been done and shes had to put up with me getting fed up and annoyed because other people around her are idiots and making more an more errors. Don't use this company unless you can deal with Rebecca and just here because otherwise you'd get more work out of a brick wall then the others there
In response to ringrose law reply to my review..
Get in touch with Nerina Farmer how about no because they were one of the many people dealing with issues and just as useless as all the others never replied to any emails calls etc. Nerina just fob it off to others to sort

Another firm of Solicitors who like to stop your access to a free and fair trial disgraceful behaviour. Not only this firm the justice system is an embarrassment all round.
I had a very disappointing experience with Nerina Farmer, a director at Ring Rose Law. Throughout the entire process, communication was extremely poor. She was consistently slow to respond — when she responded at all — and frequently ignored correspondence, which caused unnecessary delays and frustration.
I found her manner to be quite rude and dismissive, which only added to the stress of dealing with an already difficult legal matter. As a client, I expected a basic level of professionalism and responsiveness, especially from someone in a leadership position at the firm.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be using this law firm again and cannot recommend them to others.
You don’t need to put me in prison for something I haven’t done because I’m now imprisoned in my own home your a joke I’m disabled with health problems going out is the only thing I got left and you’ve taken it away
I chose the law firm to represent me in the sale of my house, which I regretted very quickly because when I did not ask about something, there was no initiative from them. Although I asked for a quick sales process due to my mother-in-law's illness, this process dragged on endlessly, I do not recommend it, if anyone has the opportunity, please choose other lawyers.
Please save yourself and avoid this company. Used them to buy my flat and they prolonged a simple process. Got so bad that the estate agent and mortgage advisor got involved. So unprofessional. I had to chase for them because they couldn’t be bothered to push anything through. I got a lot of attitude and no straightforward answers! Avoid using them at all costs. They’re absolutely useless.
Carrie Clewes and team did an amazing job with a disability discrimination claim.
I was kept informed and they explained everything to me clearly in a way that someone without a law background would understand.
They were thorough from start to finish, and took the time to understand my specific disabilities and how they could make their service accessible to me.
I recommend Ringrose if you have legal issues relating to your dissability.
I Contacted the Grantham branch roughly 3 months ago regarding a personal injury claim, I have been chasing it up for the entire time with not one call back whatsoever. Every time I phone I'm promised a call back from Jade Casey but never hear anything. Gave up in the end and decided to share my experience so others don't waste their time using this company. It's been so long since the injury now that it's unlikely I will be able to pursue this with another law firm so not only have they wasted my time for the last 3 months I am unlikely to be able to receive any compensation at all. Not a professional service and really not sure how they are still in business if they just ignore potential clients.
Edit: you're welcome to contact me to discuss, but it's a bit of an insult you want to contact me now that it concerns you.

Tony Freitas has been absolutely brilliant in his interactions with our family. He represented my nephew when being prosecuted for driving offences. We cannot speak highly enough regarding his dealings with both my very anxious nephew and then the magistrates court. A true professional, thank you Tony

A big thank you to the whole team who assisted us with our house move. They have been thoroughly professional throughout, and were easily the most efficient solicitor in our long chain.
They also showed great patience when others were holding things up unnecessarily.
Thanks again.

Spent four days just trying to talk to a member of the family team! Kept being told that either they would contact me or they were at lunch etc etc. Really upsetting stressful time and they just not interested in new business. Supposedly LEXCEL firm but no way I would EVER use or recommend them to anyone. I will ensure as many people know of their totally unprofessional behaviour. Disgusted with them.

Ringrose Law is a phenomenal Law Firm
They assisted our family with speed, diligence, excellent responsive communication and kindness. I can not thank them team enough and especially Beverley for all of her efforts, until the finish line - thank you!
I would highly recommend finding a different solicitor. It took weeks of delay, incorrect information and chasing to find out the wouldn't be able to help with no win no fee, unless I of course paid up front. Understand every case is different, but the reasons they gave were completely incorrect, not based on fact and they clearly hadn't looked into it properly. A complete waste of time during an already stressful time.

Ringrose Law has many excellent reviews on Trustpilot, so in need of conveyancing we thought they would be an ideal choice.
The house sale has been completed, however our experience has been “average at best” and is certainly not the four and five stars that have the glowing reports.
A summary of some of the issue are:-
We have had to prompt the team for information, they have responded with comments like, “sorry, we have overlooked this” and “ sorry, we forgot”.
Having wrote to them with a specific instruction, after many weeks a prompt and they we were advised it would be done. A few days later another prompt and it transpired that someone sent out the information but to another family member, but did not comply with the specific instruction, which is a little disconcerting.
There was little alignment on what information needed to be via an electronic format and that which needed to be posted.
Not having had the best of experiences, we spoke with the Team Leader, who we were sure did not listen to the issues being raised. After nearly 3 months we prompted them and then received a letter which proved that they answered the question they wished to answer, somewhat like a politician, rather than addressing the issues raised.
Hoping that our experiences were a one-off, we contacted John knight, a senior director within Ringrose Law on 23/11/22 and were advised we would be contacted within a couple of days, its now 5/12/22 and regrettably there has been no contact and no opportunity to discuss our experience with Ringrose Law.
We are aware that solicitors are busy, we lay people rely on them to guide us and support us and ensure the conveyancing runs smoothly. In our case we did not have a feeling that the process of the sale was being controlled, it felt random and reactive, rather than proactive and planned.
Overall, a bit like an old school report “could do better”

I cannot thank Bev Kirk & her team at the Boston office for our recent house purchase. It was a long, complicated purchase & it was hampered by the vendor & their solicitor throughout the whole process. Bev was on the ball and managed to get everything done!
I highly recommend Beverley and her team from their Boston office. Beverley's positive attitude, professionalism, and speedy service made me realise there are fantastic solicitors out there. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and colleagues.
From the beginning there was a concerning lack of updates and communications from Ringrose regarding my house purchase.
The first time I spoke to my solicitor was when they called me to inform me that the seller was getting angry the sale wasn't completed yet (appreciate the irony) and was going to pull out. They asked me, and I quote "Are you happy cancelling the purchase".
I was not happy and I asked for any help or legal avenues to stop the deal from dying but I received nothing but encouragement to give up. It was very hard to reach them on the phone and they would not reply to emails.
I was in a state of panic then, but with hindsight it feels like they knew the deal was going to fall through, they had my initial fee, they weren't going to get any more out of me so I wasn't worth their time anymore.
After leaving my final questions unanswered, 2 months later they finally wrote to me again... to ask for an extra £11 for an obscure fee I had not been quoted before. The absolute insult on top of the injury which prompted me to write this review.
I appreciate that solicitors are busy and that house deals take time. It wasn't Ringrose's fault that the seller got impatient. However this does not excuse the complete disinterest and lack of empathy that I was shown through and through.
Edit (march 2022): After receiving the reply from Ringrose Law below. I mailed them telling I would be happy to be contacted. Can you guess what happened?
...That's right, I havn't heard back since!

Excellent service we used the branch at Grantham for conveyancing on a property. We dealt mainly with Kirsty who is lovely very approachable, always replied to any correspondence either by email or phone promptly, nothing was to much trouble. A huge Thankyou to Kirsty. Highly recommend Ringrose Law at Grantham for their friendly and professional service.
