A warning to businesses considering using ( ) Ringo Market.( Philip Speidel & Marcus Bailey ) My company paid approximately 3,000 pounds for a dialler solution that, in our experience, did not meet the agreed requirements. A significant issue involved functionality we needed when passing UK hotkeys, specifically displaying a client's mobile number. We were told this would breach UK regulations, which we disputed and provided information to support our position. The matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We requested a refund, but were unsuccessful. I'm sharing this so others can do thorough due diligence, confirm functionality and regulatory claims in writing, and ensure contracts clearly address non-performance. Happy to share documentation with appropriate parties who may be considering this Company that shows who you you are truly dealing with here, Total unprofessional scammers who need to be avoided at all costs.
