Would highly recommend John and his team at Rigid Kitchens. We were having an extension built and he worked very closely with the builder to ensure fitting of the kitchen tied in with all the other work.
We are so pleased that we took on board his suggestions and the design he came up with. Spencer who fitted the kitchen was a quality tradesman who took immense pride in his work. Would very much recommend The Rigid Kitchen Company.

We had a Kitchen suppled and fitted by Rigid at our previous house several years ago and had no hesitation in using them again at our new home. As usual, John was very helpful with ideas and sourcing products

End result is brilliant and exactly what we were after. Really easy process and useful recommendations made to ensure we ended up with what was right for us. Really well fitted by Spencer with spot on Comms throughout. Would recommend to anyone.

Wow! Wow! Wow!

Don’t bother messing about with all the other kitchen fitting companies. Just go straight to Rigid. You won’t be disappointed. They are a local, family run business providing super quality kitchens and a superior fitting service.

Just had a new kitchen fitted by Rigid and we are delighted. The quality of the units, doors, worktops and appliances are second to none.

It was not a straight forward kitchen fit as we had a kitchen wall knocked through into the dining room. The kitchen door was also removed, bricked up and a larger window fitted, to make the kitchen run of units longer, as suggested by John (the boss). We therefore had loads of brickwork and plastering done before the kitchen could be fitted.

All the tradesmen John uses are at the top of their profession. They all work in harmony with each other, communicating and planning to make everything run smoothly.

Richard the plasterer had a mammoth task in all the work he undertook. Eight days of his skill produced a wonderful finish.

Nathan the electrician was superb, again with lots to do.

A final mention for Spencer the kitchen fitter. This man is a genius and perfectionist. I was blown away by his attention to detail and the fact he did additional things for us he didn’t really have to do. All working on his own.

Also thanks to the guys in the showroom. Dave our initial contact, with the patience of a saint answering all the questions, he’s heard time and time again. And the lovely Anna, who is so helpful.

All in all a great outcome in what we thought was only going to be a dream, which could not be achieved, but to our delight was.

This may be a strange to start a five star review but we had an issue with our hob. However Rigid were highly supportive and arranged for a replacement which John delivered himself one evening. It is fair to say that it was just one of those things but the customer care was exceptional! I don’t feel we would have been as well supported if we had used someone else especially one of the large kitchen suppliers. I now have a great kitchen with a working hob so all is good and I would highly recommend as the aftercare is brilliant

Left it a couple of weeks before reviewing so we could settle in. Overall we're very happy with the result. From listening to how we wanted things, their design tweaking things for the better, then Spencer doing a great job bringing it to life.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Rigid kitchens.
From start to finish the service was absolutely amazing. The team were so friendly, helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I had some great advice from John and dealings with Anna and Lee was great.

The kitchen quality is excellent. The fitter remarked on how good the quality of it all was. It has completely transformed the house. A company that truly cares about their customers, and it shows. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great value, top quality, and outstanding service! I’m already recommending it to friends and family.
In all seriousness, don’t waste your time and money with the big brands like Wren and Howdens. Rigid kitchens are way cheaper and far better quality.

From initial consultation with John to delivery and installation of final product, there wasn’t any issues or delays. John was very helpful at advising. Andy the fitter was excellent and extremely professional. The kitchen looks fantastic- we are very pleased with the work.

We have just had a new kitchen from Rigid kitchens. It was everything I hoped it would be!
From our initial visit to the finished package it couldn't have gone better.I didn't have to worry about a thing! Everything was meticulously planned by John and Spence , from the electricians Nathan and Paul to the plasterer Richard and Spence did a fantastic job fitting the kitchen. Everyone was really friendly and super tidy. It was a pleasure having them work in the house. I would most definitely recommend Rigid Kitchens every time. Thank you everyone!

We don’t usually leave reviews but we are really pleased with our new kitchen designed and fitted by Rigid Kitchens. I can highly recommend them. John was very patient with us over a number of visits to get the design right and Chris did a fantastic job with the fitting.

Just had rigid kitchen redoor (thats an understatement) the kitchen they fitted 15 years ago. All carcasses and hinges / runners etc still in excellent health. Went from white gloss to metallic blue.
New doors, fridge, end panels, plinth, cornice, pelmet, all cut to fit and in-situ re cutting of the resin quartz worktop to fit a new sink. 5 days with fitter Andy who did a great job. Lovely attention to detail and not rushed. Arrived on time, left late when required and kept everything tidy between days so we could still use the kitchen.

From start to finish we have received excellent service. Rigid Kitchens were recommended to us by friends and we are so glad that they were. On visiting the showroom it's such a relaxed atmosphere, there's no pressure. It didn't take us long to decide on colour and style, they had exactly what we had in mind. The units and appliances are top quality. John was great with the design. I wanted some shelving for my "kitchen tat" which he totally understood and put into our design. Dean & Andy were our fitters and their team of Dan-electrician, the gasman & quartz fitters were just amazing. We felt that Dean & Andy were more like friends and it was a pleasure having them in our house. We are beyond happy with our new kitchen and wouldn't hesitate recommending Rigid Kitchens.

We had thought about a kitchen refit for a few years and put it off as we thought it would be a stressful, prolonged process. How wrong could we have been. John was super helpful with the design and offered some great ideas to help us create our dream kitchen. Spencer was our fitter and also managed the whole process, ensuring the team who worked with him were all there as and when required. The whole process ran like clockwork and seamlessly. The date scheduled and agreed for work to start never changed and everything ran to time. It can be quite stressful having tradespeople in the house, but every single person from fitter, plumber, plasterer, electrician, quartz and floor fitters were a pleasure to have around. They worked superbly as a team and nothing was too much trouble. The quality of the design, units, appliances and workmanship is exceptional. Thank you to all of you. We wouldn’t hesitate to use your services again or recommend you to others.

From the first time we visited Rigid kitchen showroom we found that we were treated friendly by Anna and found through out the process all the team were just the same . We were immediately impressed by the quality of the kitchens. John guided us through the planning and choice of design,which was done step by step and with lots of information and ideas given until we were happy with the decisions.
Spencer the kitchen fitter came to the house and we felt that we were in good hands with him from the beginning. He worked with a team of tradesmen which made the whole process run smooth throughout. Spencer did a fantastic job and the kitchen , dining room and utility are fitted to perfection. The team which included Mat Gas man/ plumber, Richard plasterer, Nathan and Paul electricians all came and did a very professional job when Spencer needed them.We would recommend Rigid kitchens highly and so pleased we chose to have them.

We had our original kitchen from this company about 15 yrs ago. We would highly recommend for service, quality and reliability.

Very impressed with our new kitchen and the service we've received from all the team at Rigid. When we first visited the showroom Dave was really helpful and spent a lot of time with us whilst we deliberated over various options. There is so much choice in the showroom and it really helped to have someone to talk things through with and we never felt rushed or pressured. John came to visit us and talked through all the options and made suggestions before getting a final plan in place. Anna has been amazing from the start and always makes sure any queries get through to the right person. The fitters, Andy and Dean worked very hard (in very cold conditions January 2026) to dispose of our old kitchen and fit the new one. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept us updated throughout the process. The contractors that were recommended for electrics and flooring were also very good. Having had our old kitchen for over twenty years we opted for solid wood doors again. They look amazing and the quality of the finish and fit is great. Overall a great experience from a small, local business who cares about their customers.

Rigid kitchens are everything you would hope for from a local family business. Could not recommend them more! John and the whole team could not have been any better. We went away on holiday and came back to a fantastic fitted kitchen. This is the 2nd kitchen we have had from Rigid and would not hesitate to use them again. We have had nothing but high quality service from start to finish. Thank you everyone at Rigid. I’d give you 6 stars if I could !!

There’s very good reasons why we’ve ordered our second kitchen from Rigid Kitchens. Right from the start of our enquiry the whole experience has been friendly and professional. Dave the planner saw exactly what we wanted and suggested great solutions to issues. The quality of the units is excellent with our existing kitchen showing no problems 15 years later. And really importantly for us the after sales is brilliant with minor issues being sorted straight away.
