Initial order and delivery seemed okay, but 1 item was faulty, another was wrongly labeled as compatible for my device (but isnt) the website stated my order qualified for free shipping and would be refunded once my order was dispatched, but wasn’t.
I’ve been trying to return the order, but after repeatedly emailing 2 email addresses I found, ive had no reply, the website doesn’t give an address, phone number or any form of contact.
I will be doing a chargeback via my credit card to get the money back. Avoid, not worth the risk. Should have read the other reviews before ordering.

I purchased several items from Right Sprite Retro Gaming’s online store, but the experience has been a nightmare. Out of my entire order, only a single HDMI adapter arrived. I am still missing two items worth £50.I have sent multiple messages to the owner to resolve this. For a long time, I received no response at all. When I finally did get a reply, I was promised everything would be sorted "on Monday." That was two weeks ago, and I have heard nothing since.It is clear this seller has no intention of fulfilling the order or providing a refund. I am now forced to contact my credit card company to initiate a chargeback to get my money back. Save yourself the stress and stay away—this business is completely unreliable.

Recently I bought a copy of the Metal Gear port for the Sega Mega Drive by Huffman. The first time the game copy arrived, the cartridge didn't contain the MG but the Crusader of Centy (a.k.a. Soleil). I communicate with the owner of the store and he answered that if I return the wrong game he will change it by a (this time) tested working copy. After sending it back (at my own, and to very costly, expenses), Mr. Morgan sent a copy of the game of the aforementioned Metal Gear port. Well, I have been trying it and at first all seemed well, and then a few moments ago I noticed this cartridge doesn't save your progress (Huffman's port does includes the save feature) no matter how many times one tries to do it. Worst experience ever. Whatever you do, don't buy here.

I placed three orders with Rightsprite, all relating to a recently purchased Sega Dreamcast that was in need of upgrading. Every order was dealt with efficiently and quickly. I received my order within a day or so of ordering and had no problems. Installation information, where needed, was very helpful.

I bought a new Noctua fan with bracket for my old Playstation 2 FAT.
Works like a charm.🙂

Had a great experience with Rightsprite, bought an Odin a month or so back, as a gift for Christmas hence the late review , price was great and a very fast delivery, would definitely use again

Bought the replacement/upgrade PSU for the Sega Saturn at the London Gaming Market earlier this month, but only got round to installing it last night, at my local computer club.

I'm not exactly an electronics whizz, so I was relieved by how simple it was to install. The instructions include nice, clear photographs of the different models of Saturn and how the built-in PSU connects to the motherboard, along with simple, step-by-step instructions. The small board is very well put together, and installation takes just a few seconds once the old PSU is removed.

The only downside being that I wasn't able to test it... and need to acquire a 12v 2a USB-C power supply to make use of the provided cable.

I can understand why they don't include one in the set - it'd be a whole new can of worms sourcing them consistently enough - but then I end up questioning why a USB-C to DC power cable is included at all. It's far easier to buy the necessary power supply pre-wired with the right DC output plug (along with a selection of alternate sizes!) than it is to find a USB-C PSU with the required 12v 2a output.

There needs to be a zero stars rating on Trust Pilot. This so called "company" doesn't deserve any at all. One star is literally delusional.

The 5 star reviews for this company are seriously dubious at best, unless he is so sly, he actually delivers items properly for a percentage of customers, but screws over the rest or screws everyone over & somehow puts up these glowing reviews.

I had a dispute with Right Sprite for not sending goods I paid for. They tried to contest my request for my money back, even though nothing was ever received. Lloyds Bank upheld my dispute.

Now, in November 2025, after this failed order from 11 June 2024 (just under 1 year & four months ago), this scam company is saying it's sending the goods!?! Maybe he is hard up for funds and thinks he can steal money from my bank account AGAIN, if I receive a package from him. One I haven't even ordered.

I'm obviously not going to accept it.

I reclaimed my money from the bank. You contested the dispute and you lost.

You broke the sales contract and had to pay me back, despite your efforts to defraud me.

There is no longer a contract for goods & services in place as you well know.

No package from your "company" will be accepted for an order that was not made by myself. The original order is null & void due to the dispute & resolution of that dispute via Lloyds Bank.

Do not contact me in any way shape or form again as it will be viewed as harassment.

This person thinks he is entitled to con people out of money without consequences. The fact he has the audacity to try it for a third time (the second time being when he disputed my claim, calling me a liar to my bank), shows how utterly despicable he is. Talk about having zero standards, zero self respect & zero respect for others.

Typical abuser behaviour. I've experienced this personally with different people, where abusers commit acts of harm against you and after cutting them out of your life completely, years later they contact you as if nothing happened. Wanting to prey on you again, while simultaneously mocking you and testing the waters to see if you're stupid enough to let them back in to do more damage. It's so creepy & vile.

Do not do business with this con merchant who thinks he can do whatever they likes to people with zero consequences. No one gets away with anything, EVER! God knows EVERYTHING about everyone & makes sure justice is done. All of these types are in for a monumentally rude awakening.

I ordered a PSU for the Dreamcast on Monday 20th October, got my confirmation email but hadn't heard anything else by Wednesday. Checked some reviews here and elsewhere and decided to email them, git a response quickly saying it had already been posted and it arrived the next day all in good working order.

I bought a ps2 fan mod, they never gave me a working tracking number, just a fake inactive one, i asked multiple times in the span of a month and no answer was ever given, they simply stole my money and never sent the time.
I discovered just later that this happened to multiple users, stay away from this website, it's a scam

I ordered a Playstation 1 Memory Card with SD card slot. I received a confirmation email, which I replied to so I could tell the seller that I'd gotten a character wrong in my address. The reply informed me that the seller was on holiday and would start processing orders in 8 days time (1st Sept). On the 10th of Sept I contacted again to ask if it had been dispatched, and then checked online for reviews to find many others have experienced the same! My bank required me to attempt contact again before I could raise a dispute - which I've now done - and still didn't hear a reply.

This whole store is likely a scam, and using the excuse of "please wait over a week for me to dispatch this item" is a very good cover for hoping consumers will forget that they ordered an item, letting the seller keep the cash. Please just stay away, it's really not worth the hassle. May as well just use eBay because at least there you have additional buyer protections.

Would give no stars if possible. Ordered after watching his YouTube videos, money taken confirmation of order email received since the radio silence, no order received and no response to my emails. A fraudster avoid at all cost

Ordered a number of great Mega Drive fan translated repros. Worked great except for 1. No hassle getting it fixed, very friendly and helpful.

Ordered a Wii HDMI adapter after seeing their review on youtube. Got confirmation that my order is "processed" but no tracking number or ETA. I have emailed on 2 different platforms 3 times to ask about delivery status, no response whatsoever. It is now 5 weeks since ordering and my item has not arrived. Will contact my bank to try to get my money back. Not a serious seller, do not recommend.

Product delivered in great condition, and the review video was great help.

Received a response but unable to engage in conversation/negotiation over an order placed on 8/1/25. Not reassuring and no delivery date agreed.

Ordered a Summer Cart 64. Was advised after a few emails that it was expected within 1-2 days. Still no shipping date. Made contact via emails and web form but no reply. Can you respond Right Sprite?
