5 star experience the work carried out by these lads was incredible from start to finish definitely recommend

Very professional, from the start to the end, the company has been faultless, the rep Adam was very helpful and rather than giving us high prices like other companies gave us one price which was cheaper than 3 local companies. Definitely a 5 star from me. Will definitely be coming back here when we need to do our next house.

Right price uk was canvassing my area and I agreed to get a price off them. Was sceptical at first but was a great experience from start to finish. The sales to the fitting team were fantastic and are a great asset to their company, very polite, efficient and honest people. No pushy sales tactics from Mike the sales guy, just left us to it to decide. The fitters arrived late after a punctured tyre, just happened to be when my partner drove passed them! However still finished within the time promised! 5 stars !!

Was reccomended to right price by my neighbours who used them over a year ago and they have been over the moon with them. I requested the same fit team that did theirs and they was marvelous. Did not stop working and did not leave a spec of dust behind. Great job all around. Josh the pricing man was also great not pushy and give us a few days to ponder on what we wanted to do. I was persuaded to purchase a triple glazed French door and window to replace mine which were showing their age. I do not claim to know a great deal about door/window technology but the sample looked good and the rep pointed out several of the benefits that others do not have. A price was offered fixed for 12 months but as they claimed to be doing several other jobs in the area I could benefit from a a "Special one day only price discount of 15%" which I accepted. The contract stated that I had a 7 days cancellation option so I thought no problem. A surveyor just happened to be in the area and came the following day to measure up and finalise what was required. I duly signed this off not realising that I was effectively committing to the order. When I rang to talk about cancellation the following day I was advised that I could still do so but I was liable for anything that had already been produced (£800ish). Bear in mind this was over the weekend between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning the glass panels for my window and door had been cut to size and could not be used elsewhere (other window companies I spoke to said this was the very last stage of the process but unfortunately I was in no position to argue) so I had little alternative other than to proceed
The installation team arrived as promised at 9 and finished at 1, all went well apart from a hole in my ceiling which got me a a £50 discount. Within half an our the rep was on the phone for the balance of payment.

According to Companies house there is only 1 director registered Rightprice Windows and doors and 1 director for Rightprice Windows and Conservatories. From what I can gather they do not manufacture their own products which are manufactured and installed by a separate company in Bramley.
Still waiting for my FENSA certificate and 10 year warranty details.

My advice to anyone considering buying new/replacement windows and doors is to get several quotes and references, check review sites like trustpilot and others. Read all the small print carefully, get in explained with witnesses (record if you can) get everything in writing and if it does not feel right walk away

We have have 9 windows and set of patio doors all fitted in one day and the quality and the workmanship by Chris and his team was immense on very hot summer day. Would definitely use and recommend again in the future
