Stu gave very good service
He gave good notice before arrival, was polite and efficient .I was very happy with his work.
I am not pleased with the way this firm take payment.When I paid for the first part of the work last week, I had to pass my card details to someone I had not spoken to previously and felt very uncomfortable.
Despite being 100% happy with Stu,I have to say that unless this firm change to a safer method of payment I will not use them again

They were so quick to get my fault sorted and the engineer stu was really good explained everything and got the job done

My experience was fast and efficient! I rang in the morning and was booked in by lunch. Gully was polite, friendly, professional, informative and thorough with his work! I would 100% use this company again, no waiting time or issues whatsoever

They advertise in local magazines but are a national company, the person in the advert is not the person you will be dealing with. They are extremely expensive for what they do and rush through the work that they do, how do you do a proper boiler service in 10 minutes and charge over £150.00 to do it ? I wish that I earned that sort of money.

After using their website, I had requested a plumber to attend a Golf Club to fix a water problem. The girl taking the detail listened and explained everything well including the charges I should expect. She gave me details of the expected communication I would have with their selected plumber. He would call me between 8 and 12 the next day when coming to visit.
I was at the Club early and he contacted me to tell me he would be arriving at about 10 past 10. When he arrived I told him my problem and showed him access to the loft in the building. After he failed to do any work to fix my problem citing a bad back as unable to get to the water tank, he left. I contacted Rightio contesting the bill. Within a few hours, I had a reply that after reviewing my case they had decided to cancel the invoice. Hurrah, an honest company, and one I would certainly recommend, having a clear customer focus.

I had a toilet leaking water into the 2 flats below me, Owen was amazing at fixing the issue and was fully transparent on the work that needed to be done, top notch service!

My only feedback would be for Rightio itself, when calling through please be as transparent as Owen! Don’t agree a time if you can’t commit to it, I had to have it rescheduled twice

From first contacting them for plumber we had an engineer on site within half and hour. We were kept informed of the engineers arrival time by text. Very polite and professional. Job could not be completed on the day due to parts, but came again next morning. Again we were kept informed for the engineers arrival time. Would highly recommend Rightio and will definitely be using them again if required

Great service. Saved our time from finding and waiting handyman and overpaying them and end up finding them not again if anything goes wrong over the time. Thank you. Hope service remains same all time.

Phoned my grandmother and said they would charge £166 plus VAT for replacing a shower. Then proceeded to ask if she was in charge of her own finances! They asked for card details up front and said that nothing would be taken!! Needless to say it is a no.

The engineer was committed to finding and repairing the leak and he really impressed us.

The engineer MIKE KNOTT was a great chap.Very aproachable ,freindly, and used over shoes when he came in. Gave sound advice and delt with 2 women asking questions. He`s a keeper.

Would absolutely not recommend this company. My elderly parents have received an awful service & company won’t talk through with us, just keep sending emails. They have taken a diagnostic charge of £184 for assessing fixing of a shower head. Said it was not repairable but will not refund money. Other plumber came, fixed straight away & straight forward repair. They are stating terms and conditions which my parents did not understand on call & they were never sent in writing. Rude customer service. Avoid.

Possibly one of the worst companies i have dealt with in a while. Engineers do not show up. Bookings are muddled and data breached. Tenants waiting in for abortive visits. Rude engineers. The list goes on. They are a total shambles and their repair people are subbies so they have no loyalty to provide any level of decent service and when quizzed, share my view of Rightio, Avoid at all costs.

Plumber had to return after initial visit as when I flushed toilet for the first time after initial visit it continued to flush all night...as I'm on a water meter I suspect I will have a much larger water bill next time in addition to the quite substantial amount I paid initially to this company

The worst Company I have ever had to deal with.
Advertise as local tradespeople but they are not.
Promise phone calls to get back..... never
Avoid them completely.

What a waste of time. Contacted this company on the local number given. Explained the situation, non working radiator and boiler service. Took all the details, appointment made, took the credit card details for payment to be taken when job done. 48 hrs later text/phone call to say have no engineers in your area. So WHY are you putting local phone number on you web page? And WHY was this not checked on Saturday instead of wasting people's time? Complete and utter waste of time
