I went to the shop in St johns wood in London because I had purchased a bikini online but it didn't fit properly so I wanted to try some on before i returned and reordered. I was looked after by leanne who could not have been more helpful. She measured me up and brought some bra and bikini suggestions to find the right size for me. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable and i left with a beautiful bikini and a bra that fitted me perfectly. I could not have been happier with the service. The shop is also beautifully presented and welcoming. I will definitely be back. Thank you

Have been wearing this make of bra for many years now from Rigby and Peller. Remains a firm favourite for fit and quality. Colours are great.
The delivery service was not a good experience. I waited all day for a scheduled delivery that never happened, only to be informed that it was delayed by one working day. I was then expected to wait another day for delivery. No time given. I had to reschedule meetings and appointments.

I just love Rigby and Peller bras. They are beautifully made and the fit is great. I wouldn’t buy online again though as the parcel and the bra box had both been opened

I finally got a bra that fits and is flattering for a mature woman. Will be buying again.

I was disappointed in the quality and the fit.

Travelled from Bermuda to NYC for this appointment - Miss Salas and the team was amazing! I was so shocked to learn I have been wearing the wrong size for 40 years😳 Miss Salas took her time to show me how to put the bra on correctly and make adjustments - the difference was visible…my “girls” looked lifted! My bestie also had an appointment - we left the appointment feeling so proud that we had taken time, as women, to finally do something for ourselves to improve our confidence.

Order was received on time & the whole process was very efficient.

I’ve been buying your bras for years. I recently made a purchase online and ordered the wrong size. After rinsing it I realized it was the wrong size. I wrote to customer service and Carmen was most helpful. She provided me with a credit and I was able to purchase the correct size bra. Thank you, Rigby & Peller.

Always happy with the fit and quality. There is a points system, which can generate discounts on future purchases, I seem to remember! If this is so, and since only buy two new bras a year, I would like further information on this please.

Good quality but expensive

Wouldn’t buy bras from anywhere else. Have been a loyal customer of Rigby & Peller since I had my first fitting in 1999 and have had several fittings since, what with weight gain and loss. Always look out for their genuine sales and always buy Prima Donna.

After years of searching, I have come back to the Deauville bra, which is top quality and fits my boobs. Unfortunately as with almost all bras I have trouble with the straps being set too wide for me, as I have unusually narrow and sloping shoulders. I would love it if you could design just one equally well made bra with more centred straps so that I am not constantly finding them sliding down my arms. I'm sure I am not alone in having this problem!
