Ridiculously Rich by Alana Reviews 

I first tried a cake (caramel shortbread) from ridiculously rich in August 2022 from the Brecon Show and I absolutely loved it. I had been meaning for a while to buy some more but I don't live near any shops or suppliers and was put off by ordering online and some of the review which made me think the quality had gone down hill.

I decided a week ago to order some for my birthday, I had the 6 cake subscription which was a random assortment of cakes.

I knocked a star off due to some of the cakes being broken and/or squashed which effected their looks but didn't effect the taste. The packaging was intact and not damaged so I assume the breaking and squashed cakes were caused before or during the packaging process. Also I recommend adding tracking to delivery since I had no idea when they were coming and they were the box is to big to be posted.

The cakes themselves were great, I'm normally not a brownie fan but I absolutely loved the ones I tried already (cookie, strawberry & cream brownie and strawberry blondie). I'll update once I've eaten the rest of the cakes!

Overall I'd be happy to order again or hopefully I'll come across a ridiculously rich stall in the near future!

I’ve just received my second order from rediculously rich by Alana and can only say if you haven’t tryed these brownies yet then you’re missing a treat of a life time ! Millionaires brownie is my favourite but this time I’ve got a mixture, arrived today as promised, well packed by little Alana live on Sunday night, arrived intact and just as good as my first order a few weeks ago , can highly recommend this company

Ordered on Monday night ,delivered on Wednesday, nothing was damaged, only tasted one so far and it was delicious and mouthwatering . Excellent service

They have clearly become too big for their boots on TikTok and let quality slide. Over £20 for 3 dry, almost dusty brownie bars that had to be mostly wasted. Ridiculously Deceiving.

I have been following the company for a few weeks and was finally tempted to order a box of 9 cakes. I was able to choose the flavours I wanted and only one was unavailable. I ordered yesterday and they arrived this morning. How's that for service?
Being the pig i am I have just dived straight in and eaten a malteser tiffin and toffee flapjack, both were gorgeous and generous in size.
Would order again.

Again cannot fault The Excellent Customer Service, The Handwritten Note especially for Anna Marie Birthday box was appreciated.

3rd order I’ve placed this year.

1st order didn’t arrive. Was dropped off to incorrect house by Royal Mail. RR refunded straightaway.

2nd order. £70 for 35 brownies. These were Easter presents for my family as I refuse to pay for overpriced easter eggs and all the packaging.

Arrived on time although only giving 4 stars as some of the brownies really should have been saved for the wonky box. Please ask your staff to check the quality of the brownies you are dispatching. However, that said they were all edible.

3rd order arrived today. 3 cake bars. The churro kunafa Blondie is absolutely stunning. The best by far.

Will be ordering more.

I ordered a 15 slice build your own box, and a Mars Bar Bar very early morning, 2.26am on Saturday the 26th to be precise, and recieved my order on the Sunday - literally the next day..I have never had a quicker, more impressive delivery/service from a business, than from Ridiculously Rich by Alana..this was my first time ordering from here too..I just want to point out this was sent out I presume via their shop/bakery based in Wales, and I am in the West of Scotland. Impeccable service.
The packaging is so cute, and secure.

I had friends over at the weekend, so we stuck into the goods; I am usually a very picky eater, especially with baking, but it is safe to say these were the tastiest brownies I've ever had, and my friends agree! Will be ordering again very soon..20/10, recommend buying from here! Alana and the team should be extremely proud of their business..Xx

Ordered 2 × surprise boxes, each with 15 sweet treats. They arrived in 2 days, and were well packed.
A great assortment from the range, and everyone is loving them.
These may be classed as slight seconds or less than perfect, but the vast majority of them did appear perfect.
I've purchased several items previously and will happily continue. Absolutely wonderful decadent sweet treats.

I ordered 16cakes when they arrived some 5 days later
They were miss alignment and crushed. Some of the cakes were under cooked. And some were as hard as a brick
I paid £32.00 for my cakes a small fortune, but it was for a special occasion. I contacted Alana reported the problem email photos of the cakes, had no reply disgusting. They take your money and that's It.

Made an order 8 days ago for which I have been charged for. No dispatched email and no cakes have arrived. 3 emails sent to customer service with no reply. 2 messages sent on tik tok with no reply. Contact sheet submitted on the website again with no reply. This company takes your money then completely ignores you!! Still waiting on a refund!

Bought a wonky box recently (said to be just as nice just not packaged properly or broken making it ineligible to sell normally) and granted i knew i couldn't choose but i would never buy it again. Off cut chocolate is hardly worth paying for (it wasn't special chocolate) and the rhubarb and custard (recieved twice) were practically inedible as it was squished and gooey. Had to throw half out.

But that's not the problem given it's a wonky box. Half of the brownies were sickly sweet - especially the happy hippo and to a lesser extent the churro blondie. And most made my stomach feel funny. The chocolate brownies and the churro blondie were nice, however, just too sweet. Cookie dough and gooey chocolate brownie taste almost exactly the same.

Overall they have a nice variety and taste nice but too too sweet and not special enough for the price.

Ordered late on Friday and they arrived Wednesday, so if you are wishing to order I would suggest order mon-thurs. ordered 4 and they are Definetly not bite sized, they are huge but very sickly. I love sweet stuff but eating even half of a brownie was hurting my stomach coz of the richness ( guess it is in the name though😂)

Amazing amazing cakes and bars. No good for diet though. Staff are friendly and approachable. Customer service is brilliant. Quick to reply and rectify any problems. Cakes are brilliant for freezing aswell.

Cancelled my order because my address wasn’t in the uk when it obviously was, and then I missed out on the offer to re order because the money took so long to come back into my account and all I got was an oops sorry! There was big capital letters at the end of my address Hatfield UNITED KINGDOM, like double check before you go cancelling orders? Didn’t bother again. There is plenty other amazing bakery’s on the world of TikTok who actually care about their customers and staff! Avoid avoid avoid, these reviews are not wrong.

I received a box which was completely inedible and stale. I spoke to somebody on there tiktok live who said I was a troll and could ' F myself'

There customer service is terrible and there cakes are inedible. DO NOT USE!!

I have previously purchased from here without issue but today I mistakenly purchased the wrong box and a rude young lady called megan thought it was appropriate to name and shame me (full name btw) on live tiktok in front of over 300 people, why? She could have put it to the side and emailed me and I could have rectified the issue, I didnt do it on purpose I must have checked out with the wrong box easily done, it was embarrassing and I suggest some tact wouldn't go amiss with customers in future.

Ordered from tiktok and it came fairly quickly but unfortunately the cakes were already past their best, very dry, one was too dry to eat and some were bland, they cost a fortune for very poor quality when you can get cheaper ones which are way better. You're basically just paying for the name because she was on the Apprentice

Just awful. Ordered a mixed box from tik tok. When they arrived, some looked so old, and others really sweaty in their little packets. A couple of the brownies I got were grainy, like they hadn’t been cooked properly, I emailed to tell them, to which I got a reply saying “sometimes that happens” and no offer of any compensation or replacement. Mental considering the cost to start with. Definitely will not be ordering ever again. I would avoid at all costs!
