Lack of promise and customer support

I signed up to lease a bike from Ride Panda through my work program. Order placed on
Nov 18, payment made and the bike came on Dec 8th. Ride Panda promised to deliver the bike with helmet and lock. It's Dec 23rd, as I'm writing this complaint and no helmet/lock
hasn't arrived, in other words, I can't use the bike without it. I attempted to contact support via email multiple times and kept being told it's getting shipped every single time. I contacted customer support 650-523-9577/425-669-9543
where I spoke to a rep who hang up on me when asking to speak to a supervisor. Avoid this business at all cost.

TLDR: If you are looking for a eBike you should buy it from RidePanda.com

If you are looking for an eBike you should look no further than RidePanda.com . Their bikes and prices are great and their after sales support is off the charts. Like seriously, probably the best support that I have ever seen.
You can feel confident that if you make a purchase from RidePanda that you will get a quality product ( pro tip: don't get a Neza, they are garbage) with support that is quick and thoughtful.

The next time I need an eBike I will be buying through RidePanda again and have already referred a few people to them.
