Pretends hes at work (lol), but after the call says he needs you to provide a report via rideinspection.co.uk for £40. Don't fall for it, what can a website provide that you can't already give them with V5C, MOT reports, service history and an autotrader check.
You're trying to sell a car on Autotrader or wherever. Scammer contacts you and says he's v interested. He makes arrangements to view but before he arrives he WhatsApps again to ask you to send him a report from these scammers. You think you are getting a bargain at a reduced price of £39.99 for the report. You're not. It's a phishing scam. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
