Ridecased Reviews 

I posted a review of Ride Cased earlier this week due to a disagreement regarding a return and language on their website that lead me to believe it was okay to "Try it out" without risk.
After many many emails back and forth and my bad reviews, Ride Cased is giving my refund. I have returned the product and wanted to set things straight.
The Ride Cased product is a very serious rider protection system. But for me it was overkill. I am almost 75 years old and while feel that I ride aggressively for my age, it is nothing like I rode in my 30s, 40, and 50s. I absolutely feel that Ride Cased has a great product and the price is reasonable. It just wasn't for me.
I also recommended that they correct the wording in the FQA section to mislead me against their No Returns if the product is used.

Stay away from any of their products. It’s cheap quality products that you will be waiting for weeks and then won’t be able to return it because their strategy is to do anything possible not to give money back

I would stand clear of Cased. They advertise money back guarantee but when you process a return they charge a fee of approximately 25% of the purchase price. It too 5 weeks to receive all of the items in my order. That said it certainly doesn't appear to originate in the US. Compared to name brands like Klim their products are Junk.

Horrible customer service and super unethical company. I ordered the top and bottom. I paid for the expedited shipping. They shipped the wrong size top and delayed the bottom for over two weeks. They did not refund the expedited shipping. I cancelled the bottoms because they would not arrive before I needed them. They did not refund shipping or tax plus charged a fee. I waited for 8 days (after the expedited shipping charge) to.recieve the wrong sized top before I could ship.it back to them. They again charged a fee for their mistake.and did not refund the full amount. They have ZERO means of communictaion other than email. Despite their mistakes I had to fight for the refunds while they pushed for 10% off my next order solutions for THEIR mistakes. Very shady company. Not worth the horrible service and hassle. All of the headache and still never received a refund.

I strongly recommend ordering at least one size up from your usual fit.Because of the incorrect sizing, I had to initiate an exchange on July 6th. This process has been an absolute nightmare. I was explicitly promised that my replacement pants would ship on July 14th.When the 14th arrived with no updates, customer service shifted the goalposts, claiming they would ship "this week." It is now July 17th (the end of the week), and absolutely nothing has been shipped.They consistently fail to stick to their shipping promises. Instead of resolving the issue, they give empty timelines to buy themselves time. Between the inaccurate sizing and the completely unreliable customer service, this company is not worth the hassle. Save your money and buy from a brand that respects its customers.
