Frauds

I left my CV2 number on when submitting card verification pictures which they then fraudulently used to purchase things. I had to cancel the card as a result and got constant spam calls and text messages on a daily basis to get me to redeposit, terrible

Scammers

I spent 1000s of pounds on this site because I am an addictive gambler. Not knowing I was being scammed out of withdrawels and a supposedly google smart watch that I had won in a lottery. The withdrawel were pathetic and I won 1600 euros. They said I can't withdraw more than 400 at any one e time. I waited well over a week just to try and get 400 and I kept getting tech error. I knew then that I was being scammed. And then I got a message stating I had won a watch...a Google smart watch. I thought ye ye course I have. My thoughts were correct. I had been told that I had to choose this watch from a John Lewis catalogue and I had £44 to spend. My god, I couldn't find 1 watch that was a Google smart one. So I wrote back and said there wasn't one at £44. Then I was told to choose something else. I said I don't want anything else. Then I said what you people at richyfish are doing is scamming g people. You can't say one thing and mean another, or faulse advertising, it's called a scam. Then I said just forget it and he said he could put the money in my account. I had no choice but to agree, but before he did this, he said he looked in the catalogue and found a smart watch at £50+. I stated that I had only £44, he told me to add the rest of the money myself. If anyone wants proof that this so called genuine company who won't give the name or address for complaints, then email me as I have kept every single chat screenshot. Do not play with these scammers!

AVOID! Total scam of a site

Honestly doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I managed to win and cash out once of 400 euros. Didn’t take long to go into my account. The second time I made a withdrawal it got processed and then the next day they cancelled it due to a “technical issue” ever since then all I’ve done is deposit and lost. Literally can’t even get free spins or a win. Numerous times I have asked for my account to be permanently closed and my details removed and all they ever do is block the site. If I wanted it blocked then I’d ask for it to be. I would avoid this casino at all costs. Sure they’ll let you win once but that will be all. You can kiss your money goodbye if you decide to play at this casino

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t bother, after several requests to delete my account and data they don’t even have the decency to reply anymore. There is also no way for you (surprise surprise) to delete your account or remove your details without contacting them. They will happily send your number on to numerous spam companies so you receive several texts a day. Do yourself a favour and avoid these no gamstop casinos entirely, all the same company or “person”

Dont trust them! They do not pay out.

Dont trust them!!
I have winnings that they will not pay, 11 failed withdrawals .. due to a " technical issue " I've opened new account and even a bitcoin as suggested but they all fail. There are only 2 methods of withdrawal- Mastercard and bitcoin I've tried both with different cards but never received my money. It does go back to my wallet but I want it in my bank!
Customer service seem to reply and be helpful but its the same auto reply.. keep trying.. how many times do I have to try?!
I don't believe it is a legitimate casino, it just doesn't sit right with me! I've never had an issue with receiving money before with others.
