Richer Sounds - Romford Reviews 

I have always shopped with Richer Sounds and have been a customer of theirs for at least 40 years, but not at Romford.
I spoke with the manager, Steve. He is a very well informed salesperson as well as the manager, I was looking at a particular turntable that they had in stock. We had a great discussion and I also had the pleasure of listening to other elements of hifi that I may consider in the future.
The service I was given, was second to none, if you require assistance before a purchase, I would highly recommend contacting them.
Because I was also trying to get rid of a nasty earth buzz, I also decided on a phono stage that was not in stock. I received this sooner than was stated. Excellent service all round.

Being very much old school and not sure what to look for on the tech side. I found Rich.of the Romford store very helpful/patient in selecting a 50" replacement TV . Also timed delivery was spot on the following day

I had a Samsung TV fail coming up to the 6 year mark , the guarantee was great as I had the option of getting the TV repaired or a voucher I could use towards a new one. Decided to go for a mini led HiSense as a replacement and very happy with the quality of this new TV. The staff very helpful at processing the new order an dealing with the voucher etc , very pleased I had bought the previous TV with the guarantee.

On Saturday I dealt with rich I found him knowable and friendly and patient but on Sunday I went back for a bracket I wasn’t impressed I choose a cheaper bracket then the one they tried to sell me and Paul tried to tell it might not fit but I wasn’t dealing with him

Knowledgeable and personable staff, guided me to the final choice product without pressure, didn't have the product at the local store, but arranged next day delivery from a sister store that did.

Always buy tv/audio from Richersounds. Prices are usually the cheapest and their staff are all experts unlike other tv outlets. 6 year guarantee is also a bonus. The staff at the Romford shop are all v helpful and knowledgeable of all the products. Wouldn’t buy tv or audio equipment anywhere else.
