Ordering was easy, however, a tad confusing. I opted for click and collect, got a message saying your parcel is due to be delivered via DPD. I assumed I'd made an error and waited in but no delivery. Then I got a message saying parcel delivered. Transpired it was delivered to tge shop for click and collect BUT tgat wasn't clear on my emails. DPD issue? Other than that, GREAT!

In the shop the sales assistant catered for my needs which was to purchase a TV with Freely pre-installed. He went through the available brands and specs and advised me on the best options. Delivery was quick and the delivery guys were patient, friendly and correctly advised me on how to remove the TV from the box minimising any damage.

We knew which Hifi system we wanted to buy but had a few questions regarding attaching our own speakers. The staff member was very helpful and even showed us on his computer which connector we needed and where we could buy it. The price was also very competitive. We will definitely go back if we need anything they sell.

I think they sell good quality stuff at the shop in Richard’s sounds and the other shops I been on line and I can’t find anyone ne’er me to shop.

I have ordered a CD player for click‑and‑collect at the Prestwich store. The item was ready for collection next day. At collection, a shop assistant warned me that a cardboard box package was slightly damaged during the transit but the contents remained unaffected. The box was opened to make sure that everything is fine. Great and fair service. I will definitely consider this shop for further purchases.

I decided after considerable deliberation that I would swap the Tangent Ampster 111 for the Arcam, which, although considerably more expensive, would be, following Noah's advice, the same price as my new speakers plus half as much again. Unfortunately, I am currently unable to listen to my new setup, including my new amplifier, due to an ongoing health problem, so it might be a while yet. But I did appreciate Noah's advice.

Pleased to get the items ordered, with a small discount and the delivery was flawless.
Nevertheless, probably sound like a bit of a grump but I was expecting more of an experience with coming into store - I had done my research and it appeared I seemed to know more about the items than the sale staff and a couple of times he gave me incorrect information which I won't go into. It definitely wouldn't stop me ordering from richer sounds but I might just buy online in future or perhaps try another store.
