Perfect item, lovely friendly communication, jolly store staff. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Had a record player delivered to the house, but the turntable didn’t work. After a handful of emails to manufacturer they agreed it was faulty and suggested I take it back to the store, or could be delivered, and it would be fast-tracked- agreed to pick it up in store (Glasgow), meant to be on Tuesday (after emails ended Saturday) but got a call from store on the Monday to tell me it was in. Since the fault was not visible with the last one I asked for it to be checked, and they confirmed fine on a call back to me 5 minutes later. Oh and was given £30 of a discount (about 15%). Happy in the end.

These guys are the best to deal with. Really know there stuff and go above and behond

Richard Sounds is a truly wonderful company. We have always as a family bought from the above.last month one of my nephews noticed our Samsung 75”TV picture was not as sharp. Spoke to the manager in Glasgow store who informed me we were still in warranty by One month of a Six year term ! he arranged for TV to be checked and picked up back by company called TVR the back lights were replaced and TV is as good as new.We have never had to use this facility but on this rare occasion we did and it was stress free. Prices was fantastic for 65inch TV . Delivery was quick and was kept up to date with delivery company

I heard of these guys before due to a forum on boards.ie. Always seem to go out of their way to sort people out, and it wasn't different now that I finally needed something.
Online shopping got a bit stuck as it came to delivery so a quick call and everything got sorted, including next-day delivery and a discount for 1st purchase.

Was looking for mid price lg oled for sometime and Richer Sounds has always been my go to place having used numerous times in the past for audio and TV equipment.
The fact that they offer 6 year guarantees and price matches + is as good as it gets.

I would be more than happy to use Richer Sounds (Glasgow) again. We live in the far NW of Scotland, and have no localised hifi resources here - recently looking for a new amplifier and a streamer to back up a large CD collection, we found the advice and service from the branch was excellent.

I was helped so much by Simon with good and knowledgeable advice. I ended buying a much better amplifier than I thought I could afford

10/10 service. Helped me pick a record player and explained so much to help me set it up. Lovely staff x

The staff were great.
I bought an amplifier and speakers.
The speaker wire was free but it was one piece. I cut and trimmed it to use it as two wires. I was expecting it to be prepared at the shop. Not a big deal but it would be a nice touch.

Great price and fast delivery. Friendly, helpful staff in the Glasgow store. They even refunded my £2 parking ticket price, which was a nice gesture.
Only complaint would be that whoever packed my amp for in-store collection stuck a large, sticky DPD delivery label directly onto the amplifier's presentation box. Not very nice as it was a gift for my son
