Nice calm setting, friendly staff, no sales pressure, features of model clearly explained, a cheaper model was suggested if I wanted the same sound but with fewer options. Came away pleased with my purchase.

Helpful staff, plenty of choice
Such helpful, knowledgeable staff, patiently went through all the options and went out of their way to make sure I had the best option for me.
Headphones have been a great success, good sound quality, easy to use, comfortable to wear

Quick to recognise what I needed and very helpful in guiding me through all the issues.
Setting up was also very customer friendly. I am delighted with the new system.
