I wanted to update my hifi, so choose Richer sounds Bristol. I went for a package deal, but they didn't have the amp there. It was ordered and came Monday, but I wasn't able to pick up until Saturday. I went on Saturday and as soon as I walked in the sales assistant recognised me and got my equipment and took it out to my car. Very good service and very polite.
