What an awful experience. Went in for some advice about what’s the best turntable and amp setup with a view to buying all the kit. Was left with Ben a trainee who did a great job, but was ignored by his line manager not responding to our request for help and shorthand flippant answers to what were complicated questions. Fair play Ben for giving it your best and to the other guy behind the counter - shame on you!

After looking on their website and comparing prices with others I decided to go with Richer sounds.
I did find the TV I was going to buy slightly cheaper on another site and contacted the telesales team they were so helpful.
They beat the other price and with the 6 year guarantee Richer Sounds gives it was easy to choose them over all the others.
Saw an item on line, Manhattan TR-4 box, and enquired re availability by email.
Super quick response and after a couple of further questions I made the purchase.

I was browsing online but couldn't make up my mind about something and phoned the Bath store direct. I ended up talking to Sean who talked me through the options etc and I ended up ordering a set of speakers and stands at a great price with a great deal. Miserable pick-up shop experience. On-line purchase; I thought it would be easy to pick up and walk home. Large box is plonked onto desk. How can I easily carry this purchase? Don't know. Could I have a bag of some description? 10p. But I don't have cash. Then, card please. But it'll cost you more than 10p to process...and I have just spent £340! A large plastic bag arrives. Then: before you leave, would you like to become a Premium customer? Would I then get a free bag or similar help to carry the purchase home? No. Then thank you for nothing, Richer Sounds. (Thought: why didn't I just get Amazon or similar to deliver the same item?)

Great experience as usual. Phoned up to see whether they had the TV we wanted in stock and was answered promptly by someone in the Bath shop. Ordered online and TV arrived for local pick up within a day. Very friendly staff there. TV is so far a joy too. Extra 6 year warranty is nice touch too.
