Excellent help from Hayden on my initial visit looking to upgrade my 15 year old Panasonic plasma, and most of the other stuff plugged into it. He provided a great overview of what was available and made some good suggestions. I left with three quotes being sent to me for consideration. No hard sell here, just good advice. Having made some decisions I returned a couple of weeks later and confirmed my shopping list with Fred who was also a great help. Delivery was as promised and using the recommended installer I now have a brilliant wall mounted Samsung QE65s95f and Hwq800f soundbar. currently rewatching all of my favourite movies, they look and sound brilliant.
