I thought this was going to be another online casino, same odds, same scams same old story. Then I had a big run of luck and won $3,000. Richards has a good variety of games and customer service has pretty much polite and helpful.
like any case with casinos you get your good days and bad days but sometimes it can start to feel like a lot more bad days than most leaving you scratching your head what your doing wrong, but that seems to a signal to take break.
Though it's still a trustworthy solid casino with withdrawals in good times, staff being help at all hours, VIP managers always reaching out for codes to help bounce back here and there, though its a questionable low max payout to withdrawal using FS winnings after the wager is complete, richards is still trustworthy for a lot of other things and always worth coming back too when the breaks over.
