Refusal of return and refund
NEVER BUY FROM THIS BRAND IF YOU EXPECT TO RETURN AN ORDER. DISHONEST BRAND.
I paid for an order worth several hundred euros. I had ordered multiple sizes to find the right fit.
After waiting several weeks to receive the package, the items varied greatly in quality—some were really poor.
The brand regularly sends discount codes via email, which I used.
They refused my return on the grounds that the items were on sale. They never replied to my emails or social media messages when I pressed for a return, and they blocked me on social media when I tried contacting them via comments.
I sent a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, but they never responded. I initiated an amicable dispute resolution process that took months before they finally refused to exchange the items.
After waiting over a year and a half following the filing of a legal claim, the case was ultimately dismissed...
Extremely disappointed with this experience. I urge you never to buy from this brand; they clearly don't care about customer service quality and are blatantly dishonest.
