Fantastic company and website! I am a new owner of a classic Fiat 500 L and obviously the car being 54 years old I needed various parts to freshen the car up. They have everything for the car. From the smallest screw to the biggest part you can imagine and need. And not only for Fiats but for many other Italian brands as well. Shipping is super fast as well. Well done Ricambio! 👌👍

My first order was good and on a 3 day delivery. I needed further parts and purchased on "next day delivery" not (next day dispatch) the website says oder before 2pm I ordered Thursday at 5pm thinking I would receive Saturday as next day after Friday. The website also says you may be offered Sat or Sunday delivery. I queried the fact the courier had messaged to say I would receive on the following Tuesday. Due to bank holiday. Obviously having paid for express delivery I wasn't happy. To then receive an email with derogatory comments and insults is really not the way to treat your customers. I will therefore be using an alternative supplier. I will also be making my experience know within the classic car community.

Purchased a replacement parcel shelf for my Panda in the UK. A great price (even with shipping fees), good communications and very well packaged. The item was in pristine condition and delighted with Ricambinuovi and will definitely use them again.

I'm rebuilding a Fiat 500 from a pile of bits and although a decent enough home mechanic, am a complete Fiat novice. I find the website modern and very user-friendly. Many of the parts have a diagram showing where they fit, which is really useful. Franco, the owner and Conor have both been really helpful, especially when the issue is simply something I haven't understood. Customer service has been great. I placed a very large order several months ago to rebuild my Fiat 126p engine. They checked over my order for me to make sure I had all 126p compatible parts and all arrived promptly. Unfortunately the barrels that were sent were incorrect, however I didn't discover this until months later when I came to strip the engine. The guys at Ricambio were more than happy to arrange an exchange. No hassle, and they are sending the correct barrels out today. Doesn't get better service than that. I've got an ever-growing list of Fiat parts to get and will definitely be getting them from these guys. Thanks!

I've had two bad experiences buying parts from the website and then a very inflexible response from the man described as the Manager. I'd urge extreme caution.

In total I've placed three reasonable orders for parts for a Classic Panda, on the second order I selected the only available rear brake hose from the website and it duly arrived as part of a bigger consignment, unfortunately it was 340mm and not 210mm long. When it was queried we where told in very black and white terms that we'd ordered the wrong one and had to order again - which we did incurring both the cost of the part and an extortionate delivery cost. Twenty minutes later the website was changed to show two options, one at 340mm and one at 210mm.

The third order was similar, I ordered two rear brake cylinders which again arrived as part of a bigger consignment and where the only available ones on the 'Panda Classic' section of the website. They looked correct and we fitted them but when we came to connect the brake lines it turned out the brake union thread was M10x1.25 rather than M10x1.0.
I called and explained the situation and asked for their support in replacing them on the basis that I didn't feel it was entirely my fault but I was told a: they wouldn't take them back because they'd been fitted b: if I was going to buy things from the internet I had to be very careful about what I was buying c: how on earth could I blame them. I wasn't quite called a blithering id...t but it was pretty close.

Five minutes after the call the website was changed and now shows two options for Classic Panda rear cylinders!

Frankly it feels as if they've learnt a lesson at my expense. Maybe their over the counter service is better but on the basis of their absolute inflexibility and lousy customer service I won't make another internet purchase and I'd urge anybody else to be cautious.

Perfect service from a neat website, helpful staff, very quick delivery and quality items.
